This 28m2 apartment is located in the residence of Tetras, facing therefore exposed south-south east snow front.
It consists of a living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The balcony is sunny sunrise until mid afternoon. A small side table and two chairs are available.
Apartment completely renovated this summer, 2016.
In the living room you find a sofa bed doubles, a non convertible sofa, a TV and a DVD player.
Attached to the living room, dining area and kitchen with a ceramic hob (3 rings), refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.
All crockery and kitchen necessities are provided for 5 people, taking into account the dishwasher.
The separate bedroom has a trundle bed (2x70 or 1x140) and a single bed on the mezzanine (1x80).
A dressing room is available with a wardrobe and shelves.
The bathroom consists of a shower and a washbasin with vanity unit.
The toilet is separate (booster for children provided).
The need for cleaning is also available in the apartment (vacuum cleaner, mop ...).
A ski locker is available on the same floor in the residence.
