An impressive and spacious duplex apartment within a Victorian Terrace in Edinburgh's West End within walking distance of all Edinburgh's main attractions.

The property is decorated to the highest standard with contemporary furnishings and wonderful period features. A sweeping staircase takes guests from the ground floor entrance up to the first floor, where the living areas and master bedroom are located. This floor has a magnificent drawing room, with fantastic large windows overlooking the local Victorian architecture. There is a fully equipped, modern breakfasting kitchen and opposite, a smart dining room suitable for more formal meals.

The master bedroom is located on this floor, with views over the gardens to the rear and plenty of fitted wardrobes for guests' use. There is a contemporary shower room off the hall.

A further two large bedrooms are found at the top of the staircase, along with a lovely bathroom with bath and shower.

This property is a wonderful example of the grand architecture to be found in Edinburgh, and with the high standard of interior furnishing along with central location, would make a fantastic holiday home for visitors to the City.

This is a fantastic property with gorgeous sweeping staircase, high ceilings and plenty of period features. It's also in a great location, at the West End, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, and good travel connections with haymarket station, tram stop, buses etc.

Wonderful property

Our family of six (2 children and 4 adults) recently stayed at this property. It was a wonderful experience! It is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the Haymarket tram stop, several bus lines, cafes and a grocery market. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with lovely views of the street's architecture. They was plenty of room for our group to spread out. Lorna and Magda were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were very grateful to Lorna for giving us an early check in as we were flying in from the States. The apartment is conveniently situated for easy access to transportation to downtown with a lovely cafe at the end of the street.

We all loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
