About the property

A modern and newly furnished Duplex Penthouse with open plan kitchen/living and dining area.

This apartment is excellently located in Sliema close to the promenade and sea front of Manuel Island, and also 5 minutes walk to the Sliema waterfront and Sliema ferries; therefore having the best of both worlds.

There is a large terrace attached to the open plan living space that has sea views of Valletta, the boating harbour and Manuel Island. There are a further 2 balconies at the rear of the property at the lower and upper floors.

Viani Street is very quiet typical Maltese street with no through traffic, so very peaceful. The apartment building is small with just 2 other apartments below this penthouse. There is a fully functioning lift for accessing the penthouse. There is the added benefit that the lift accesses directly in to the Penthouse with the use of a key in the lift (not in to a corridor).

Both bedrooms have large double beds with modern bedding and towels provided.

There is a large bathroom on the floor of the bedrooms that has a full size bath and shower, and a modern double sink unit. A water pump services the bathroom to ensure a good water pressure for the shower. There is an additional toilet room upstairs.

In the open plan living area there is air condition and in the bedrooms there are fans with remote controls which is perfect to keep a consistent cool temperature through the night. The lounge also has a flat screen TV, and an Android box for streaming movies, music, youtube, internet etc. WIFI is of course available through the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave grill, kettle, toaster, electric hobs, and a dishwasher. The dining table can seat 6.

Altogether a spacious, very comfortable and social apartment. Personally i like the fact that the living space is on the top floor where you have access to the best views, and the bedrooms and main bathroom are on the lower floor providing privacy away from the living space if desired.
