2 bedrooms: 1 King Size bed, 1 Twin with two single beds, both rooms with clad original beams. Shower room with toilet and basin and under-floor heating.

I moved to Cornwall last year with my wife to manage the property and refurbish the cottage next door as our next venture.
Terry purchased this apartment in 2014
Within 5 minutes of the harbour but away from the hustle and bustle of the village this house was a perfect combination.
We stayed at Cherry Orchard Apartments in July for 3 nights. The house is very homely and decorated to a very high standard with everything that you will need. All the rooms are lovely and light and well equipped with a very high standard of cleanliness. Terry was on hand both before and during our stay and nothing was any trouble for him and his wife to assist us as their guests. There was even a lovely welcome pack of scones and essentials (milk, butter, eggs etc). The property is faultless and we are so glad we chose it for our stay in Cornwall.
Mevagissey is a lovely place with a harbour and plenty of places to eat and drink. We eat twice in a family run restaurant called Number 5 and had two of the best meals we have had for a long time. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment and Mark and Debbie are very welcoming and all the food is fresh and home made. It is a great location to stay to visit Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan which are both a short drive away through the amazing picturesque Cornish countryside.
We would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the area as your could not fault anything in any way. Would give it 10 stars if it allowed us.

Really accommodating hosts and beautiful home in a great location!
What a find. A lovely modern apartment with everything you could want and much much more. We stayed here in mid August this year. The apartment was spotless. Terry gave us a very warm welcome and an amazing welcome pack of goodies featuring many lovely Cornish products. The cream tea was very much appreciated after our long drive. Also having two parking spaces makes such a difference in this little seaside town. We will definitely be back again. Many thanks
We had a lovely stay at Terry's smart and well equipped house. Everything needed was supplied including scones, jam and cream to welcome us. For the evenings there is a large television with dozens of DVDs, Chromecast and YouView. An ApplePlay speaker is also provided to play music. The house is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the town. There are plenty of lovely walks without driving anywhere and some of the family went to the local sports centre which is near. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The accommodation is immaculate and very comfortable. The property is well equipped with nice touches such as complimentary toiletries. The "welcome pack" of eggs, cheese, scones, jam and milk was a really nice touch. Terry was an excellent host. We highly recommend this property.
Lovely, clean property with a very friendly and very welcoming owner.Good cooking facilities with lots of equipment.Good range of DVDS. Only drawback is no outdoor space if the weather is good.Inside the property is decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds.Terry provided us with eggs, water, scones,cream etc on our arrival.Would stay again.
