Recently refurbished 2 bedroom Edwardian ground floor garden flat situated in a treelined quiet residential street. There is a large lounge (with extra futon so you could sleep potentially up to six people in total), large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with double beds, each with its own ensuite. One is a bath/toilet and one is a shower/toilet . It features a spacious private garden with patio seating area and barbeque area. The tube is 10 minute walk Piccadilly line. Under 25 mins to King's Cross. Overground is a 10 min walk. Bus routes also service the area and beyond.Parks, restaurants, pubs and shops within a few minutes walk. Also major supermarkets are a short drive away. It is a quiet and safe area. with all amenities nearby.

This is a quiet and safe area, however you have great places to visit nearby and also can reach central london very quickly with the great travel options at hand. The garden is very spacious and a great place to either relax or entertain in.

What makes this apartment unique

I find the two bedroom two bathroom aspect very handy as well as the sole use of garden. its quiet and safe with green area such as great parks but is close to shops and amenities. travel is easy from here and don't need a car.

There is a steam generator iron, ironing board and hairdryer available.

Notes:
we have had travellers stay here to go to harry potter world. they had a car which would be advisable. we have also had guests staying here to attend a concert at Alexandra palace. they didn't have a at and were fine with travel arrangements. we are not far by car to Wembley which hosts many concerts, sports games, etc.

Lovely garden flat in an attractive, quiet area, with good transport links to central London.

We had a lovely stay in this property and would highly recommend it. It's only about a 10 minute walk from Southgate station and the Piccadilly line, so it is easy to get about. The area is quiet and safe, with on street parking. There are nice restaurants and a really good park nearby. The garden is secluded and very pleasant to sit out in. We stayed as a family of four and had lots of space so I think it would equally be suitable for six. It is very well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. Our children appreciated the large tv with a large range of channels. The owners are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again on another trip to London.
