Overview
It has a large bedroom with two beds (double / double) and possibly an additional bed + sofa bed (in living room) for one and a half hours for a total of 4/5 beds.
Silver house also has a small air shaft (outdoor room) combined with outdoor dining area, with barbecue table and 2 chairs for breakfasts or lunches / dinners.
Equipped with air conditioning, fridge, washing machine and barbecue, it offers a natural freshness thanks to the very thick natural stone walls, even in periods of intense heat.
The house is very central, above the main square and 2 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, the area is well supplied with all the basic necessities, as well as bars, restaurants, an excellent pastry shop (right in front of the house) and shops of every genre that will help to make the holiday as simple and practical as possible.
N. B.
The house is sold exclusively in "tourist lease" (pure lease), without personal services (breakfasts, rooms, shuttle bus etc). Therefore the tenant will be left in complete autonomy during the entire period of stay.
Upon arrival you will need to stipulate a regular lease

Oltre le aspettative
La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione , molto comoda e centralissima. Le foto non le rendono merito, di presenza è molto meglio... Ma quello che non ci aspettavamo era di trovare un proprietario così gentile e disponibile. Pulizia 10 e lode

Un soggiorno veramente fantastico. Casa tipica siciliana , pulitissima. La casa ti da' una sensazione di estremo relax e romanticismo. Vicinissima al mare....Zona molto fornita. Camere esattamente come in foto.

Incantevole relax
La casa Silver è ricavata da un casolare nobiliare siciliano di fine 800 ,la camera da letto molto ampia e con il tetto a volta molto alto ,ci dava una sensazione di riposo, di frescura e di distensione totale molto diversa da una comune camera moderna col tetto basso. La Casa Silver nello stile ricorda molto i set del regista Tornatore ,inoltre offre un appoggio solo ad un minuto dal mare e dalla piazza principale. Proprietario ultradisponibile !

La casetta e' deliziosa. igiene delle camere e dei servizi IMPECCABILE, il proprietario e' estremamente cortese e disponibile nelle esigenze degli ospiti. Si trova a un passo ( nel vero senso della parola)dal centro e dal mare. OTTIMe colazioni grazie alla pasticceria di fronte. Relax e divertimento.
