Margi Villas is a fairly new two-villa complex, which includes Pearl and Emerald Villa. Surrounded by a natural landscape, overlooking the most beautiful sandy beach of Mykonos, Kalo Livadi (dist. 800m), the two villas allow the guests to get the most out of the marvellous scenery from their generous pool terraces - both featuring an infinity edge pool - and shaded pergolas for outdoor dining and moments of pure relaxation.

Kalo Livadi is host of the famous Beach Bar-Restaurant Solymar

Emerald Villa can be rented together with Pearl Villa as they are located in the same 8 acres field offering a total of 13 Bedrooms and can accommodate 25 Guests.

Why The Owner chose Mykonos

Emerald Villa on the left of the estate , located in a 4 acres field ,is an exceptionally large and stylish property located close to Kalo Livadi beach.

It is facing South, in a privileged wind-sheltered location, with magnificent views of the marvellous bay and turquoise waters.

The property is a fine example of the islands characteristic residences with its white structures, which cleverly blends with stone architecture. The beautiful infinity pool surrounded by a very spacious sun deck, sunbeds and over-sized cushions, plays a central role in the front terrace looking over Kalo Livadi beach. One of the outdoor pergolas features a Home Cinema to enjoy a movie anytime during your stay. The two shaded pergolas dining area are located in front and to the side of the house, paired with a sumptuous dining table and a fantastic BBQ that are ideal for entertaining. The outdoor spaces are developed to the front of the property, in the most panoramic position of the premises. Great attention to detail is shown throughout the furnishing of the outdoor area and especially the lighting that at night bring a vibrant touch to the villa’s exterior spaces.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated with fine art and furnished with modern design pieces. The main entrance leads directly to a bright and large living room, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state-of-the-art flat screen TV, media player and sound system. The indoor dining area communicates with a beautiful open plan "gourmet" kitchen equipped with impressive appliances.

All bedrooms are comfortable, five of them are located on the ground floor while the sixth (master bedroom) on the first floor of the house. A good level of privacy is also possible due to the layout of the property where most of the bedrooms are places in lateral positions compared to the main living area and all boast a summery and fresh concept while providing all modern amenities.

The villa is amazing, situated in the most beautiful part of the island. Jut 10 minutes drive from Mykonos town and very close to all famous south beaches. The view from the infinity pool is stunning. The villa is perfectly decorated, very clean, fully equipped and brand new. The Audio-Visual Hi-Fi System is professional. We enjoyed tremendously a movie on the outdoor Home Cinema located in the pool area. Nikos was a perfect host. Communication was excellent I hope to come again soon! Mykonos is a very small island just 100 Km2 or 12 x 12 Km, so proximity to Town must not be considered as it varies from just 5 to 20 min ,if you do not stay downtown and you need a car.

The advantage of choosing a property in this area which is minutes away from all famous south beaches , against a property very close to the Town is that

it will take you just 15 minutes drive to Mykonos Town on the main island road without narrow streets and traffic especially during afternoon and night hours
