Stunning two bedroom ground floor apartment, situated in the marina’s quiet inner harbour, it offers a peaceful and tranquil view across the lagoon. The property itself is well presented with a bright and airy feel, and comprises of a large lounge/diner with plenty of sofa space which has direct access through patio doors to the open patio with uninterrupted water views, two double bedrooms, one of which has a private en-suite shower & wc, a main family bathroom with wc and bath with shower attachment. The fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential private gated area on the ground floor, and is a short walk from all the marina’s restaurant and leisure facilities, including a leisure club, ten pin bowling and cinema complex. It is just a short bus ride along the seafront to the centre of town and the main train station. The property also includes one allocated car space. Please note, the patio is open and in close proximity to open water.

A beautiful, clean apartment with fantastic views

We were given clear instructions on how to find and access the apartment and we were very pleased with it. It was really well equipped and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable few days in Brighton. The marina is lovely, with great restaurants and as we had lovely sunny weather, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view. Central Brighton and The Lanes were a brisk walk or taxi ride and were well worth the visit. We would definitely try and book this apartment again.

Great location, and the property was ideal for exploring Brighton.

The apartment was exactly as described and was almost like a home from home. I say that, because there were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances. However, the fridge was easy! If there were instructions, I was unable to find them.

It was a very nice ground-floor flat at the Brighton marina that served our need for recouperation v

Our stay was connected to our son's surgery. and served this purpose real well.

the bedroom and kitchen were nice and served us very well, maybe one of the beds was rather small for holding two people.

The bathrom with a shower-stall flooded when we tried to use it; after cleaning up the flood we stopped using it. Fortunately in the other bathroom the shower and tub worked fine. In this, the WC had a tendency to threat to flood. It did not do so so maybe it us due to the water-table at the premises.

We woulkd definitely come back, the issu with the shower did not cause much inconvenience vesides getting the water mopped up. The notice is so the owner has a chance to look into the issus before any damage occurs. (We are home owners ourselves)
