Very nice apartment fully equipped and new in Porticcio 5 minutes by car from the center and with all amenities nearby on foot (bakery, early, restaurant, press).
Apartment in a quiet, dead end, with parking in front of the apartment, private garden and barbecue.
The apartment sleeps 4 people.
It is composed :
a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, TASSIMO coffee maker, microwave grill oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer) and free WIFI
a large living room with a sofa bed sofa (DUNLOPILLO mattress), a coffee table and a flat screen TV,
a room with bed 2 pers,
a large wardrobe with drying rack and iron,
a bathroom with shower and toilet,

Appartement confortable et idéalement situé
Les propriétaires de ce logement refait à neuf sont très accueillants et disponibles.
Le logement est bien équipé et ne manque absolument de rien (ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage, machine à laver, séchoir, sèche cheveux, barbecue, etc... sont fournis).
Sa situation géographique est idéale : entre Ajaccio et Porticcio et son quartier pavillonnaire est très calme.
La plage la plus proche est située à environ 10 minutes du logement (en voiture).
Bref, lieu que je vous recommande !
Conseil : Il est indispensable de louer une voiture pendant votre séjour en Corse car sinon, vous passerez à côté de beaucoup de choses. Et tenez votre droite dès que possible quand vous conduisez car les Corses semblent adorer les virages de leurs montagnes 😉
Appartement très bien situé non loin du centre ville de porticcio et d'ajaccio.
Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute.
Appartement neuf dans maison, très jolie salle de bain, 1 chambre sans fenêtre, 1 salon et cuisine bien équipée, barbecue....appartement fonctionnel.

You'll find restaurants, bars, nightclubs, a post office, banks, pharmacy, physician, analysis laboratory, laundry, car rental scooter, Mtb.
On the beach, a water sports center, diving, boat trips, boat rentals, Sofitel Thalasso center, equestrian center.
Golf de Porticcio is less than a kilometer from the apartment
