Holiday house with pool and garden near Labin, in Istria, Croatia, is just a few kilometres from the beaches. The beaches in Rabac with their crystal clear sea are known as the most beautiful in Istria. You will find this nice holiday home in the village Kapelica, a suburb of the town of Labin.

The house is nicely furnished and surrounded by green. It is a two store house. On the ground floor is the living area. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the house. The two floors are connected by an external staircase.

Three large supermarkets, local market and small shops are located in Labin, at 10minutes drive from the holiday home.

The charming medieval town of Labin is well-known for its cafés, fine fish and seafood restaurants and rich cultural life, including concerts and jazz and classical music festivals that take place throughout the summer. Labin was founded by the Illyrians. The name of city was Albona under the rule of the Romans. The medieval hill town of Labin is located in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, 320 m above sea level and offers a beautiful view of the island Cres and Kvarner Bay and mountain Ucka.

It is an ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Istrian coast on a short distance from the main tourist attractions in Istria, Kvarner and Gorski Kotar. In addition, the area is attractive for cycling and hiking.

The entire house, private entry, garden and pool are at your disposal and for only your private use.

The price is all-inclusive. There are no additional or hidden costs. The rental charge includes the house expenses for local tourist tax, electricity, gas, heating, water, house cleaning prior to your arrival and after the departure, once in week care of swimming pool and garden. Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge. The bed linen, bathroom and kitchen textiles are plentiful present. Hair dryer is provided. Pool and beach towels are not provided.

In order to book, the first payment 30% of the total amount is required within 7 days. The remaining amount is due six weeks prior to your arrival.

Beaches

There is no doubt that Istria has some of the cleanest and best-equipped beaches in Croatia. The peninsula of Istria is surrounded by the crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea. All beaches in Croatia are public. You can rent a sun bed and parasol at the most of the beaches near cities.

The holiday home is located at only 12 minutes drive distance from many and beautiful beaches in Rabac.

Many beaches are at 8km distance in the village Rabac, once a small fishing place, today a beautiful tourist destination with excellently preserved environment. The beaches have lifeguards and are marked with Blue flags. One of them is Maslinica, specially equipped for disabled persons with accompanying programs. Numerous restaurants along the promenade and in the centre, tennis, table tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, diving, water sports, and games for children.

Labin and Rabac area, where the house is based, has many interesting places to see.

Taking a walk through old Labin and the Mediterranean and European history, your attention will be drawn by the Municipal Loggia and numerous palaces, mediaeval fortifications with Renaissance bastion, and the 17th century church tower – the highest point from which one can see Rabac and Kvarner bay.

Further from the coast, you will find peace and quiet in the intact nature. You can take the hiking path, Labin hiking trail or the mountain-bike trails. You can choose from numerous boat excursions such as the dolphin-safari, excursion to the island of Cres, a visit to Venice by catamaran, and so on…

If you especially enjoy the sea, you will love the sailing boat regatta or the race of the row boats. The boat rental with or without personnel is offered on many places in Rabac. Those who prefer the night life will especially enjoy Rabac. There are discos, beach bars and numerous top music events…

Moving further to the inland, make sure that you visit the Dubrova Park of sculptures, the small town of Plomin and the village of Pican.

The beach towels are not provided. The house is profoundly cleaned prior your arrival and after your stay with no extra charge. There are no extra or hidden costs.
Holiday Home is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Out of the high season (June-15.September), we might accept the booking from Sunday to Sunday or other on a case to case basis.

Cancellation Policy:
The declarations of cancellation must be provided in writing. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant/guest, the deposit will be forfeited. If the tenant withdraws 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the agreed rental sum will be withheld. If the tenant withdraws 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, he remains liable for 80% of the agreed rental sum, unless a different rental period is possible at the same conditions. We recommend arranging travel cancellation insurance.
