About the property

Hacienda Sol is a secluded holiday complex with a private pool, jacuzzi and stunning mountain views. This complex is ideal for extended families or groups of friends who want to holiday together yet have their own independent space.

It consists of 3 individual buildings with a total of 5 rental units. You are renting the full complex and do not share with other guests.

you will have a private property, private terrain and private swimming pool. No other guests will be around so don't worry about your privacy.

The villa has a front terrace with covered gazebo. There is also space for communal dining.

Each studio and apartment has a roof terrace and shaded outside dining area, with a degree of privacy.

Each unit has its own fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, and private shower room.

The 3 single-level buildings are divided as follows:

Building 1: Studio with double bed, open plan kitchenette & dining area, 1 bathroom / WC, private terrace and roof terrace. Sleeps 2 people.

Building 2: consists of 2 studios each with double bed, open plan kitchenette & dining area, 1 bath / WC and each terrace and common roof terrace. Sleeps 2 people in each studio.

Building 3: consists of an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, open plan kitchenette & dining area, 1 bathroom / WC.

In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other bedroom are 2 single beds. The apartment has its own terrace and roof terrace. This apartment sleeps 4 guests.

Attached to the apartment is a bungalow villa with 2 further separate bedrooms, open plan kitchen & dining area, 1 bathroom with WC, huge terrace with dining and lounge facilities for 18 guests. This bungalow villa sleeps 6 to 8 people as follows:

One large bedroom has 1 double bed for 2 guests and 1 day-bed that can be extended to accommodate further 2 people. I

n the second bedroom there are two single beds for 2 guests. In the sitting room there is a sofa-bed that sleep 2 adults.

Pool, jacuzzi, garden and parking are shared by you and your guests only.

The nice thing for you and your fellow travelers at the rural area is that everyone can join together and enjoy the pool, the garden or the evening fire.

However, everyone can then retreat to his own, quiet realm and remain undisturbed, which is often impossible in a large house with many bedrooms.

There is also plenty of space to dine together on one of the many terraces.

A perfect mountain retreat yet only 15 minutes from the bustling market town of Velez-Malaga and 20 minutes from the beaches of Torre del Mar and the eastern Costa del Sol. For the more active there are endless lovely walks on the doorstep and beautiful Lake Vinuela only 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute drive.

Great location, fabulous property, brilliantly equipped, great owners

This is a fantastic property. We visited for 1 week, an extended family of 16. The property has been recently refurbished and is made up of 6 separate units, each with its own cooking facilities, wet room and double or twin beds. The main "flat" is where we cooked communally each evening and is so well equipped, 2 cookers, massive fridge, 2 freezers etc. The property is a 30 mins drive from the coast and in the foothills of the national park, hot sun and cool mountain breeze make it perfect. The grounds are expansive with lots of space to relax around the pool (or in the jacuzi!). We would not hesitate in recommending it, it is great.
