The sea view apartment is on the ground floor of an impressive Victorian mansion located in the highly desired Second Avenue one of the best premier roads in Brighton.. It's been renovated and newly refurbished, it's really beautiful and a relaxing beach haven. It's centrally located between central Brighton & Hove and the seafront, 100 metres from the beach and the famous beach huts and the lovely lawns and less then a mile from the centre of Brighton, and 10 mins to the i360 and the many seafront attractions.

Brighton city is just a 60 minute train ride from London and only 30 minutes train ride from Gatwick Airport. Brighton Station is right in the city centre so you will be able to see the sea when you arrive.

Brighton&Hove is a compact city and easy to explore on foot or public transport. There are many art and music festivals on throughout the year. Hove is famous for its colourful beach huts & Regency buildings.

Brighton Pier, the Iconic West Pier, the Royal Pavilion and the brand new British Airways i360 are just some of the major attractions. The city is also home to cultural delights and hundreds of independent boutiques.

There are many award-winning restaurants bars and night clubs catering for all tastes, eat fish 'n' chips sat on the beach listening to music, or bbq your own food and watch the sunset.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location

This apartment was a great find when myself and a friend needed somewhere to stay for a few days for a conference in Brighton. It is in a fabulous building and has been done out very nicely. It has pretty much everything you need and extremely comfy beds. It is very close to lots of lovely restaurants and wine bars in Hove and about a 30 minute walk into Brighton along the sea front. The beach itself is very close. Great location and very quiet. There is a lovely little supermarket at the top of the road which is very handy. Brod was very friendly and helpful and even bought us a few bits like milk and some fresh strawberries which was a lovely touch. There is parking on the street but it has to be paid for although not extortionate. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.
