Beautiful Villa in Eagle Pointe Kissimmee

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in Kissimmee. Our spacious villa has a private screened pool overlooking a beautiful lake with a constant array of different wildlife to be enjoyed. It is situated in the tranquil community of Eagle Pointe only 15 minutes from Disney.

We feel it is important for our guests to enjoy their stay in our villa as much as we do, ensuring it feels like a home away from home. We maintain the villa to a high standard and continuously upgrade and improve it, even adding extra items that guests have requested.

Living Room – Light and airy open plan room overlooking the pool with two comfortable 3 seater sofas, 49 inch TV DVD player and mini Hifi unit.
Dining Room – Formal dining area seating 6- the perfect place to enjoy a meal or takeaway after a busy day at the parks.
Kitchen – Spacious fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker, an eye level microwave and informal breakfast table able to seat 4.
Master Suite – Super King-size bed with 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, large walk in wardrobe, en-suite with double sink, corner bath, separate shower and separate toilet.
Second bedroom – Queen size bed with fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Twin bedroom – Disney themed twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Family bathroom – With shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Utility Area – Large washing machine and new tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room - Spacious games room with full size slate bed pool table and table football.

Loved our stay

We had an excellent stay at the villa. Very spacious and clean and great location for visiting the parks. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool after a long day walking around the parks. The communication with the owner was excellent and every question was answered promptly. We would certainly stay here again!

Fabulous Stay

The pictures really don't do this property justice. The rooms are all really spacious and well equipped. My daughter loved the Disney themed bedroom and my son really enjoyed the games room. The pool and hot tub were well cared for and cleaned weekly. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans etc which was great as we prefer to cook. The villa is located in a quiet and safe community but only about a 20 min drive from the Disney sites and 35 min from Universal studios. If we get the chance to return to Orlando we would definitely look to rebook this Villa. Thank you Gaynor and John.

Brilliant 3 week stay

Firstly the owner Gaynor was great with communication. We had a wonderful stay and walking through the front door for the first time filled us with such excitement and we couldn't wait to jump in the pool. The villa was definitely the best option, having that bit of peace and quiet after a hectic day. The hot tub was a dream and we slept so well on the comfy master bed. Kids loved the games room and I loved the ease of having a washing machine and dryer. Would happily stay again. Thank you

Fab property! Wonderful holiday!

Fab property! Exactly as pictured and about 20mins from Disney without getting stuck in the I4 traffic chaos! Great pool area with a lovely view over the lake. Easy to get to and navigate round the local area. Everything you could need at the villa. Little surprised and disappointed there were no recycling facilities at the villa when all the other properties have a recycling bin. Would definitely rebook! Our youngest cried when we had to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property is in perfect location but could do with some TLC, pool area covering has been affected by heavy rainfall in a few place so bugs were a bit of a problem and at night outside light couldn’t be used as it attracted more, hot tub was fine first week, start of following week someone came to clean pool (disc of chlorine put in pool) but hot tub was gritty and cold from then on in. We purchased WD40 to oil windows and doors as they were sticking and awkward to open and close. Use local Aldi, Walgreen and Dollar Tree for great deals

Hello. Thank you for considering our villa. My name is Gaynor and together with my husband John, we bought this property while on vacation in 2015. We have made a number of renovations since our first stay in July 2016. We have installed new queen bedroom furniture, had both bathrooms retiled, upgraded all the mattresses and bedding, bought new pool furniture, a bbq, dvd player, mini entertainment system, a new tumble dryer and kitchen appliances. We feel our villa should have every convenience and comfort found at home and have even tried to add some extra touches such as solar lights and plants around the pool area.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is situated in Eagle Pointe with a fabulous view of the lake from the pool deck. The pool faces east allowing you to watch the sunrise. The pool deck has full sun for most of the day and we added a parasol as some guests requested one. However there is some shade from about 3pm. Eagle Pointe is a very quite part-residential, part-rental community, only minutes away from US Highway 192, where many restaurants and shops can be found. This makes finding places to eat, either on the way to or from the parks, extremely easy and saves time especially when you are tired after a long day visiting the parks. The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Seaworld and 25 minutes from Universal and Islands of Adventure.

What makes this property unique

Continually updated and upgraded, our villa is in peaceful community overlooking a tranquil lake. The wild life often seen from the pool deck includes sand hill cranes, white ibis, great egrets, ospreys, swallow tailed kites, snake birds, blue herons, tricoloured herons, and many fish and turtles in the lake.
Over our years of ownership we have rented the villa to a large number of families and had so many positive comments about the quality of the property and it amenities, the lake views, the peaceful nature of the area and the personal service that we provide to guests both before and during their stay in our home.
