About the property

A superbly located 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment (sleeps 4) with a communal pool and private solarium, situated opposite the famous Villamartin Plaza with its many restaurants and bars. The superb Villamartin golf course is just across the road from the apartment and 2 other golf courses are close by.

We love staying at our apartment, we are close to all amenities, with fabulous beaches a short distance, with lovely walks along the coastal path. There is so much variety within walking distance for all eating, drinking and entertainment, you will be spoilt for choice. No need for taxis or buses. Hope you enjoy.The fabulous La Zenia shopping mall with its famous brand international shops and restaurants is only a 5 min drive away, where free evening entertainment is provided in the main square with musical shows, acrobats etc.

You have access to stunning blue flag beaches with lovely coastal walks only 7 mins away by car and there is a regular bus service to/from Villamartin Plaza and Playa Flamenca beach also calling at La Zenia shopping mall.

For those who prefer not to drive this is an ideal location.

Our apartment is within walking distance to The Villa Martin Plaza of which boasts various restaurants with all cuisines from various countries Entertainment is plentiful Children's entertainment can be limited but during June - September it is plentiful The famous shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is a short drive of 5 mins or buses are available and run every 15 mins in high season and 30 minutes in low season

This apartment is in an ideal location. Right next door to Villamartin Plaza and Golf Club. Ten minutes from La Zenia boulevard and Cabo Roig strip. Well equipped clean apartment.

Apartment was well presented and clean

Apartment was well presented, ideal location for restaurants, entertainment. /we stayed for two weeks and found apartment quiet even though the plaza is over the road and noisy, it did not affect us when we were in the apartment as the sound did not travel.

Would recommend to friends and family and a friend is visiting in November 2016
