About the property

These contemporary stylish apartments are connected with an interleading staircase with 2 separate apartments, each with their own entrance door, on ground and lower ground floor of a Victorian House offering an exceptionally roomy space for larger groups with the added advantage of a private courtyard.

There are 4 superking bedded rooms which can all be split to twins (£10 per room). Two bedrooms are en-suite. In addition there is a house bathroom with walk in shower. The entire property has been recently renovated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Very well equipped for self catering. There are two separate entrance doors which gives larger parties more privacy with two separate levels, giving two living rooms and two kitchens. The ground floor apartment has a large double sofa bed offering further accommodation for 2 guests.

The kitchens are well appointed and you will find induction hobs, steam ovens, combination microwaves, dishwasher, large American style fridge Freezers, All pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied along with serving dishes. This property is our home for many months of the year and we hope you will agree they are equipped to a high standard.

Children of all ages welcome and we can supply a travel cot and high chair. We ask that you supply your own cot bedding.

Well behaved pets will be considered. Please contact us to check first. there is a charge of £25 per pet, per stay to cover additional cleaning. We ask that pets not be permitted on furniture at any time.

The apartments are cleaned to a high standard before your arrival and professionally laundered Egyptian cotton bedding and fluffy white bath sheets are provided. Complimentary toiletries are provided.

You will find a supply of tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher detergent, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls to get you started.

Parking is available on the road. parking is controlled Monday to Friday 0900 to 1800 with evenings and weekends free. you will find some 3 hour free parking discs inside the property and we have a supply of on street parking permits which are valid from day of activation until noon the following day. These are £5 each

Standard arrival time is after 1500. Early 2pm arrival can be arranged for an additional £10.

Standard departure time is by 10am. Late 12 noon departure can be arranged for an additional £20. Please could this be requested in advance.

Twin beds can be requested for all rooms and are charged at £10 per room to cover additional linen and time to split the beds.

This property is self check-in with a key safe on site so your arrival time can be flexible and at your leisure after 3pm, unless an early arrival has been requested. Full details will be supplied once the booking is confirmed.

Same day arrival may be possible subject to availability if your booking is made by 10am on day of arrival.
