Great quiet little place 30 minutes from Côte D Azur coast

Small basic perfect little villa with own pool in grounds of owners. Gerard and family are perfect hosts, you don’t see them but are there if you need them. Great much needed air con. WiFi is fair. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven. Be prepared for mosquitoes as it’s in the hills with trees. Ideal for those who like their privacy and quiet but only 30 minutes from Cannes, 30 mins from Nice and 40 minutes from Monaco. Supermarket 5 minutes down the road. Some beautiful villages in the hills

Perfect for a few days with our granddaughter great location nice and quiet brilliant pool and priv.

Our host Gerard was fantastic explained everything about the place but left ourselves to get on with things but was there if needed great place to chill Our granddaughter loved it and was sad to leave Totally relaxed and chilled..will be going back
