Four bedroom house with two bathrooms and pool

house (150 m2) with garden (1200m2) and swimming pool (5m x 10x, prof. 2.5 m) quiet, on one level and the flat garden. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests. It is a charming place, at the foot of Montgó (730 m high) that gives it a picturesque landscape. Building of the architectural style of the area: with covered and arched terrace. Four bedrooms: 2 with double beds (135 cm / 150 cm) and 2 with single beds (90 cm). A bathroom and a shower room. Kitchen equipped with gas, with large oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Air conditioning in two bedrooms. Calm environment, well connected to the town, with La Sella golf and the Marriott Hotel. 2 km from the beach. A small supermarket 300 m from the house.

Großes Haus mit tollem Garten und freier Sicht auf den Montgo

Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem Objekt. Der Garten mit Pool, Hängematten und Palmen ist traumhaft schön. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber es sind leider 4,5km bis zum Strand und nicht wie beschrieben 2 km. Carmen ist sehr freundlich und hat uns das Haus in Englisch erklärt, so das wir ohne Spanisch und Französisch klar kamen. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Man merkt dem Haus an, dass es nur selten vermietet wird, deshalb ein feuchter Geruch in den ersten Tagen. Man muss die harten Matratzen und kleinen Betten mögen. Die Terrasse und der wunderbare Ausblick auf den Montgo entschädigen für alles.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Carmen, la maison est très pratique, deux espaces chambres et salle de bain séparés, le jardin et la piscine super! Maison bien située, proche du centre de Javéa.

Pour de belles vacances sous le soleil de Javea entre mer et montagne.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison nichée dans un beau jardin agrémenté d'une grande piscine. La vue sur la montagne était un enchantement quotidien. La ville, le port, les plages, les commerces sont à proximité. Carmen, la propriétaire parle parfaitement le français et reste disponible pour ses locataires. Nous recommandons cette location et nous aurions plaisir à y revenir pour un autre séjour sur Javea où il fait bon vivre.

The advantages of a field location next to a pretty village with a beautiful bay, well prepared for sea bathing and promenade overlooking the sea. Advisable to visit the town of Javea and the coves of the municipality. Cuisine based on fish and shellfish from the bay. Rices. Alicantina good wines production. interesting shops. Wide range of water sports. Golf, tennis and horse riding nearby. Cinema in original version every week. Food markets and antiques, and fiestaspopulares. Jazz Festival in August.

In February the almond trees bloom creating beautiful landscapes.
