This partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
For four 20-somethings visiting Dublin for the first time, this apartment was exactly what we were looking for! The location was perfect for being able to walk quickly to various activities throughout Dublin and being able to drop off (multiple) purchases throughout the day! Down the street from multiple bars and restaurants, and a short walk to various other areas of tourism in town.
I was a little concerned with trying to pick up the keys in one area and walking with luggage for a few blocks to the apartment in a totally foreign city, but both places were easy to find and only a few blocks fror each other so it wasn’t too bad!
The location of this apartment was simply incredible considering how affordable it really was. The convenience and time saved was really priceless and allowed 4 people new to Ireland to truly be able to take in Dublin as much as possible in two days!
I would DEFINITELY recommend Dublin City Rentals and this apartment for anyone looking to visit Dublin!
Highly recommended. Only suggestion is placing a towel bar in the bathroom. Would stay here again.
After a bit of trouble getting into the apartment (mostly user error on my part) we made it and loved it. However - don't expect to get off a plane with your luggage and walk around from key collection point to apartment door....it's not as close as it is meant to sound.
Inside: super cute and nice. VERY detailed step by step instructions for everything....even the toaster.
Walking distance (10 minutes) to Christchurch and main tourist bus lines. Tesco right down the street. Would definitely stay again IF someone met me at the door with the key.
The area that the apartment is in does not have a good appearance, but the apartment itself is great. We had a good stay and the location was very good, easy walk to everything. There were excellent restaurants in the area. The apartment has everything you need.
I was a little nervous about picking up the keys to this location as it is a few blocks away from the flat, but the instructions laid out by the rental company made it very easy. The walk to the flat from the key pick up location was pretty easy.
They have done a great job of trying to reduce city noise in the flat with the double windows. The city noise was not bad compared to staying in a normal hotel. The main door is not incredibly solid and so there was some slight hall traffic noise from the one other flat next door, but nothing horrendous. The beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was adequately supplied. If I had one complaint about the place it would be that there was no blanket/throw in the living area.
The rental company was great to work with, response time was always within an hour or so. This place is an easy walk to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the city.
The neighborhood was noisy--lots of loud revelers outside throughout the night. Also , the apartment contained not one paper towel or napkin. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.
This apartment is located on the historical Aungier Street right in the heart of Dublin city centre. Everything you need is within easy walking distance of this apartment. There are plenty of cafe's, bars and restaurants right as you walk out the door of the building. There is a Tesco supermarket 60 seconds walk from the apartment so you can stock up on any essentials. The beautiful St Stephens Green park is located at the end of the street. Dublin's main shopping district Grafton Street is also located at the end of this street. Temple bar is also a short 5 minutes' walk away should you wish to explore the cultural quarter of the city.
