Newly renovated holiday apartment of 60 square meters with two bedrooms, living room with closed terrace and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The urbanization has three swimming pools, community parking and restaurants. The area is quiet and very familiar.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. It is 45 minutes from Malaga and 1 hour from Sierra Nevada.

Buen apartamento

Apartamento en buen estado de acuerdo a la descripción. Piscinas en perfecto estado con un bar en una de ellas. Urbanización algo alejada de la playa, unos 20-25 minutos andando y a unos 10-15 minutos del centro.

Typical spanish flat exactly as beautiful as shown on the pictures

The holidays have been great and the flat was exactly as in the discription. Ramses and bis mother have been very kind and friendly. Also a Problem with the refrigorater have been solved at the same day. It was a pleasure to stay there. Perhaps Till next year Kind regards Daniel

Totalmente recomendable

Apartamento reformado, con ascensor, varias piscinas, aparcamiento dentro de la urbanización algo a tener muy en cuenta, ambiente muy familiar y sin ruidos, dueños muy agradables, por poner algún pero, a unos 20 minutos andando de la playa, pero si no quieres andar, hay una parada del bus en frente de la urbanización. Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos y el pueblo de Almuñecar muy bonito.
