Well equipped and clean in a great location. Basic accommodation and not ideal for young children.

The apartment had great facilities and Maria had left loo roll, cleaning products and coffee and sugar. The location is great and near the Park, arroyo and beach. The marina is further but we didn’t go much as it’s a bit busy and had quite a few hen parties, The pool is secure and you need a card to get access and we only had 1 which was a bit annoying if one of you wanted to go back upstairs. There is no bar/cafe for ice creams at the pool and you can’t eat or drink at the pool. You can sit in the lovely grass area though. The pool is quite strict and you are not allowed inflatables or games. It is excellent value for money in arroyo and the square by the fountain is lovely. People eat at about 9:30-10 at night so you need to get a bow before then.

Beautiful studio apartment with mountain view

Maria has a lovely studio. It is beautifully decorated, very modern, light and clean. The pull down bed is a great addition to create more space. The balcony is lovely and again well decorated. We sat out here most mornings and nights enjoying. The location is great to get into the town which has a choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. It's close to the park which is nice for a stroll or to chill for the day. The apartment block has access to a pool although it closes down in the low season but it wasn't an issue for us as we went to the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and as we come to Benalmadena a lot to visit family we have found a place we will book again. I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or small family. Maria is extremely helpful as well, thank you so much! Cherry

Great studio flat

This property is very clean, and in a perfect location. It is small, only being a studio flat but it was actually great fun sharing with the children for a week! Beds were comfy and nice views of the mountains from the balcony. There is everything you need there (even provided water in the fridge and loo roll - which is much better than the previous place we stayed! ) and Maria was good enough to provide us with a travel cot too. The grounds are very well kept and the swimming pools are clean and tidy and although the complex is quite big with there being five swimming pools it never felt crowded. The location is also perfect, a 10 minute walk from the train station, which has trains to the airport really regularly. Also near lots of lovely bars and restaurants and a supermarket is only round the corner too. It is also very close to the selwo dolfinarium and the beautiful park with all the animals in too, plus not too far from the beach. Overall would recommend staying here although as I say the apartment is small so would best suit a couple alone or with a young child. As the children are getting older we probably won't be able to stay here again which is a shame but I have recommended it to many friends who I know would love it. Thanks Maria :-)

Great location

Apartment was clean and centrally located. Balcony is on street side so perfect for watching the world go by but could be noisy at times. Owner was quick to respond to messages and remedy issues. Would stay here again.
