About this property

A modern, bright and airy villa, set in an attractive private “residence” of just 32 properties with a beautiful shared pool (open early June to late September) in an attractive established garden.

- Living/dining room leading onto shaded terrace overlooking pool
- Kitchenette fully equipped with clothes and dishwasher, hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker
- 2 large bedrooms: one king-size, one twin. (King with view of rear garden, twin with pool view.)
- Bathroom with shower over bath
- 2nd separate W.C.
- TV: English Sky and French Terrestrial
- DVD with selection of films
- CD (with USB port)
- enjoy a BBQ in our sunny rear garden

Bed linen and house towels are available for £15 per person.

The villa benefits from being a short distance (15 minutes walk) from the town centre and just 800m from the 4Km "Blue Flag" award winning sandy beach. Take a leisurely walk along the promenade, perhaps stopping off at the beach cafes, the wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, pier, marina and twice weekly market. Alternatively hire a bike and cycle alongside the Canal Du Midi or through the nearby vineyards. Water sports, tennis and a ferry across the River Orb to Serignan Beach are available in season. About 10 minutes drive from the A9 peage, with access to a range of interesting areas locally and further afield, Valras-Plage is an excellent base for exploring the Languedoc and surrounding regions' beautiful coastal and inland scenery, many historic sites, such as nearby Beziers or the medieval City of Carcassone further afield, picturesque villages, plus activities such as varied walking or canoeing. Alternatively simply relaxing.

Enjoyable stay and beautiful area to explore and take rest .

Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful set up in a middle of small secluded residence overlooking pool was idyllic. Felt very secure. Very clean and bright and has all essentials you might need. Short walk to the beach with access to eating places. Plenty of books to read and DVDs to watch and access to French TV. Was unable to watch sky TV ( UK channels) as there were no signal at any point during our stay. If connection isn’t strong enough to pick up the channels, probably should not be advertised as part of the package. Access to number of retail parks in a short driving distance. Lovely place to come and explore Valras area 😊

Perfect Location

From the start of the booking process right until the check out Nick & Val were a pleasure to deal with. We visited Valras Plage on a day trip in 2018 and thought it would be a great location for a family holiday. The villa had everything we needed we particually liked chilling in the back garden in the evening whilst our daughter was asleep. The pool was lovely and the beach just a 5-10 minute walk away. You're also only 5 mins away from the bus to Beziers and a nice stroll down the promenade from the main part of Valras. We would definitely consider returning as everything about the trip ticked all boxes for us. Thanks again!

Short break.

A very nice little house, very well maintained, clean, with all required to have an enjoyable break. It was great for us as a couple and would work with 2 small children, during season nice pool and close to the beach. We know Valras well and where to eat etc. Would reccomend it.

Just as lovely as the pictures show!

We loved the property - beautifully clean, thoughtfully equipped it had everything we needed. Lovely quiet setting during our stay, so we had the gorgeous pool to ourselves more or less. Lots of places to eat out, but also shops within walking distance and the beach only 10 minutes away. Very relaxing atmosphere - we spent many hours by the pool just soaking up the sunshine.

Valras plage villa

Had a great time, Villa in great location, well equipped with everything you could possibly need, lots of storage space too. It's a nice stroll to bars & restaurants & the beach is very close, very sandy & very very long. Would definitely return.
