Perfectly located, only 700 meters from the popular beaches of Lo Pagan and Santiago de Ribera, yet conveniently close to San Javier (Murcia) airport only 6.6 km (15 euros approx in a taxi) and only 80 km from Alicante Elche Airport (80 euros approx in a taxi).“Dos Mares” shopping center is just on the doorstep 2.5km away, an excellent shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, boutique shops and a cinema open 365 days a year.
Perfect for walks and leisure, the promenade of Santiago de la Ribera and Lo Pagan are a total delight throughout the day and evening, with countless restaurants to choose from, and some great little tapas bars just by the sea, or the ever popular marina. This area has a thalassotherapy spa and also offers a variety of sports activities, including seasonal water sports, with excellent golf courses very close by!
About Kay
My husband and I have always dreamed of having a place in the sun to enjoy with our 4 kids ages 17, 15, 11 and 9. After a lot of searching we found this hidden gem. Living close to Gatwick airport means that after a long week working in London it is feasible for us to jump on an Easyjet flight to Murica and have the weekend in the Villa and still get home at a reasonable time on Sunday night.

Why Kay chose San Pedro del Pinatar
We fell in love with this beautiful contemporary style villa and modified its interior to suit our family of 6. One of the double bedrooms with en-suite is on the ground floor, which ideally accommodates guests that are unable to climb stairs. We enjoy the ease of walking to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Being so close to the airport (15 euros in a taxi) and having some local Spanish supermarkets on the door step means that you do not have to hire a car. I love the fact that the area in not commercialized and is very Spanish yet still have all the necessary holiday facilities that anyone could possibly want.
What makes this villa unique
We completed the purchase of Villa Blanca in May 2016, everything in the villa is brand new and we have ensured that everything from the bed linen to the cutlery is of a high standard. We wanted to make this a special retreat and have included a heated private pool with fountain and swim jet. This is our first time renting our beautiful villa we hope you will enjoy and care for our lovely place in the sun.

Back again to luxury
We came back to this luxury villa after staying here last year. We have rented many properties in Spain and can honestly say this is the best. Kay has thought of everything that is needed, even down to a dishwasher, but also rubber gloves! We had the most relaxing time, using the pool and hot tub, just a shame we had to leave. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes luxury.
Beautiful house with everything you could need
At Villa Blanca all our needs (and more actually) had been thought of. The most generous welcome pack we'd ever seen, including everything you could want for a cooked breakfast, then there was wine and beer as well as the tea, coffee, milk and a fabulous kitchen. This makes life so easy, and the rest of the time you can eat out (when you're not up the spiral staircase in the solarium or in the swimming pool in the garden...) This was the perfect relaxing break for us 😋
Lovely new villa
The villa has everything we needed, home from home. Each room is tastefully decorated to high standards and there is also English TV if you have time to watch it. The pool is like getting into a warm bath and is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to go again next year. There are plenty of good tapas bars to eat in, we found one which gave tapas and glass of wine for Euro 1.50 so spent plenty of time there.
