This spacious quality fully equipped 2 bedroom penthouse apartment (sleeps 6) with communal pool with an additional fully furnished private roof garden is in a lovely Spanish Village within a 1 minute walk to banks, supermarket, restaurants etc. More importantly it is a 2 minute walk to the New train station, where the addition of the new high speed train will be arriving very shortly. This gives you access to Alicante city with everything you could want from a City, culture, Beaches, Marina, bars and Restaurants etc. Murcia or Elche are but a short trip on the train and with the fast train you can be in Madrid in appx 2 hours 10 mins from Alicante.

The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with Air-conditioning, it has everything included from bottle openers to bedding and towels, so just bring your suit case with you.

On entering the apartment block, you have a lovely marble floored entrance, there are no stairs to climb, so great for young mums or the elderly, there is a lift to all floors (except the roof). The communal Swimming pool is located on the ground floor in the center of the block with seating, tables etc.

The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) facing south.

As you enter the apartment into the hall way, you have a Cloakroom to the right with toilet and wash basin, mirrored cupboard over. Then you have a large separate kitchen fully equipped with Fridge freezer, oven and hob, extractor, mircrowave oven, coffee machine, toaster, Iron and Ironing board, cuttlery, crockery, pots and pans etc with marble work tops and an abundance or storage. There is a large utility area off the kitchen which has the washing machine and a table and 2 chairs. Then you enter a light large living room/dining room accommodating an extendable glass / wooden dining table with 6 chairs. A glass fronted storage unit incorporating 6 white wine glasses, 6 red wine glasses and 6 tumbler glasses. With a matching draw/cupboard unit. There is a Matching TV unit with flat screen TV, giving English and Spanish digital TV with wall mounted shelf and glass fronted cupboard. A coffee table at each end of the high quality King size double sofa bed, which has an integral sprung mattress and opens in to a full King size double bed in one easy action.

There are double patio doors leading to a good sized south facing terrace overlooking the mountains, with a table and 2 chairs with a candle lantern for watching the world go by on those wonderful moonlight nights. Off the lounge is The main bedroom with a quality king size double bed which lifts up on gas assisted rams giving a huge amount of extra storage for suit cases etc and wooden headboard with 2 matching bed side tables. The bed is fully equipped with linen, pillows and bed cover. Central to the bedrooms is the family bathroom. The family bathroom consists of a steel bath with shower over and glass shower screen, a vanity unit with cupboards under and sink with a mirror above with lights/shaving socket and matching toilet and bidet. To the right you have a door to the 2nd bedroom with remote control light/fan, fitted. There is a single bed with another occasional single bed that pulls out. There are draws, a wardrobe and bedside table, housing hangers and towels and bedding for the occasional bed.

We are not finished yet! There is a large private roof garden above the apartment that has water and electricity connected to the apartment. The terrace has solar lighting around the periphery and a quality array of furnishings, from a high quality composite shed with lighting and electricity that houses a kitchenette, fridge with freezer compartment, cupboard, shelving, seating cushions, BBQ tools, , charcoal for the BBQ, clothes dryer and more.

There is a 3.5m x 3.5m Pagola with opening roof, with a 6 seater glass table and chairs to dine, lit by decorative lighting. To top it all, there is a beautiful solid fuel BBQ, in addition to this, the roof terrace has a discreet toilet area. The terrace is fully enclosed by a 1.05m wall and lockable gate, three sides of the walls have been extended by 600mm giving a total of appx 1.6m with cane and green foliage giving complete privacy. The foliage has been left off the south facing wall to give views overlooking the mountains.

This is not just any apartment, if you are looking for hassle free living and just want to bring your suitcase, you genuinely can do so and live in luxury.

We also have another 1 bed penthouse apartment in the same building which sleeps up to 4 people, fitted out to the same high standard but just smaller. I am from the United Kingdom, I have worked in the boat business for many years, selling boats and then set up my own company designing and building boats in China. I traveled the World on business for a number of years and having spent some of my time in Spain, I decided to buy a property for my retirement (not that I am ready to retire yet) but in all the places I have been in the World, I love Spain, the culture, the food and of course the weather.

I sold my boat business in 2015 and now spend a lot of my time in Spain and (although still working with the boat company part time), I decided to buy properties that I like, in areas I like, to use myself and rent out as something to keep me busy for when I retire.

I have fitted the apartments out to a very high standard that I find not only attractive but also user friendly. Hopefully you will feel the same if you decide to stay.

Why Property lettings Spain S.L chose San Isidro

This property is in quaint Spanish town with all amenities one needs. It also has the train station 2 minutes walk, so you can take off to many cities including Alicante, Murcia or even Madrid for the day without having to worry about driving (if you so wish). It has 2 main Motorways either end of the Town, giving access to the coast or inland.

A number of Spanish bars and Restaurants including my favorite, Dos Palmeras (2 Palm Trees).

I plan to use the apartment myself with my partner and family for weekends when not rented out, the views of the mountains are wonderful and the private roof garden is the icing on the cake. With a wonderful solid fuel BBQ, large opening Pergola, Dining table and chairs, a composite shed housing a Kitchenette and fridge with freezer. In addition to this there is a private toilet area to save going to the apartment when you are enjoying the afternoons/evenings relaxing in what I see as heaven.

The Roof Garden makes this a unique apartment, offering more than I have ever seen from a very comfortable two bedroom apartment (with additional King Size double sofa bed), sleeping a total of 6 people in comfort.

Great property with a very helpful and friendly landlord

We stayed here for two weeks, two adults and two children. The property has everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the sun roof which is equiped with sink and fringe among other things.

The area is free from mosquitos with great views from the roof terrace.

Nigel the landlord however contributed greatly to our good experience. He is friendly, will keep you informed as well answer any questions you have.

We drove from Denmark and were very tired when we arrived. Nigel had made sure we had what we needed to start our holiday by making sure there was bottled water and milk in the fridge and coffee and tea in the cupboards. And toilet paper in the bathrooms There was also coal available for the barbeque. Nigel is well furbished and has everything you need for a small family like ours.

There is plenty of free parking on the street. And public transport close by. There is also a mini-market right around the corner to shop for groceries. Wifi connection is fast and stable If you order wifi for your stay (recommended)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the appartment and would rent again.

Amazing property with everything supplied.

The property exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately presented and had all things you would like to have whilst on holiday. Including coffee machine (with coffee) herbs for cooking and even charcoal for the wonderful BBQ on the private roof garden.

The private roof garden is incredible. The owners were very kind and gave great customer service, you could not ask for more. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for something special. The location is great, with easy access to the surrounding cities and the beach of course.

Fue una estancia muy agradable , NIgel es una persona encantadora y en todo momento está pendiente de lo que haga falta .

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y la zona del jardín para la barbacoa es espectacular .

Queda cerca de todo , tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a Guardamar , la manga, dehesa de campoamor , cabo de palos, benidorm, leche , Tabarca, Nacimiento del río chicamo , Murcia , en fin queda cerca de todo.

Recomiendo esta alternativa , muy bien .

Un magnifique séjour

Un appartement de haut standing, très confortable, bien équipé et joliment décoré.

Le propriétaire, Nigel vous accueille avec une sympathie naturelle : très agréable, il se plie en 4 pour anticiper toute demande bien qu'on ne manque de rien, et reste disponible si besoin.

La terrasse privative "full options" est tout simplement grandiose pour passer des soirées d'été très appréciables. La piscine, à l'intérieur de la résidence permet d'aller y piquer une tête à tout moment de la journée ou en soirée dès que l'envie vous prend.

Supermarché, bar et restaurants dans le quartier même est un vrai plus. San Isidro est également bien situé, à proximité de Torrevieja et de Murcie. Nous avons passé une semaine remarquable en famille, avec nos 3 enfants : tout le monde est unanime, c'est passé trop vite, nous souhaiterions y revenir l'an prochain.

We will welcome them back to stay anytime they like as we would like you to come and visit us. After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, not to mention the cash spent, It makes me feel that it was all worthwhile, seeing peoples faces light up when they see the apartment and even more so when they see the extra special roof garden, it sends a warm feeling through me. I fitted the apartments out to a standard that meets my own requirements, not on the cheap to just rent for money. I see these apartments as a life style here in Spain, making people happy, makes me feel happy. I also plan to use the apartments myself with my family when they are not occupied so they have to be top notch! I hope you will feel the need to come and stay with us soon. All the Best Nigel
