About the property

The apartment has undergone complete refurbishment with new modern kitchen and bathroom installation. There are two double bedrooms, one comprises of a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds making it an ideal family apartment. We have a rental licence on this property, which is a requisite of Portuguese Law and is required by all Landlords/Holiday Let Companies to provide you with assurance that the property has undergone a full assessment of all safety checks and all is in working order (please note, there are numerous properties within Portugal including the Old Village which are being let without having a rental licence, please beware of such properties as they are being rented illegally).

The Apartment comprises of an open-planned Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area. The lounge has a sofabed with Cable TV and has a built-in air conditioning/heating unit. The Dining area seats four and is ideally placed in front of the double-glazed French doors which open up onto your own private terrace, which has further seating and sun loungers outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave & iron/ironing board. From the lounge an inner hallway opens onto two double bedrooms, both have built-in double wardrobes and a bathroom with double shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit. The apartment also comes with free WiFi and free use of a travel cot.

The apartment is end of terrace and is in a prime position overlooking the central village square in The Old Village and is quietly situated.

“The Old Village” is situated minutes from the centre of Vilamoura and the yachting marina, a unique leisure resort at the heart of the Algarve, with its wonderful climate, award winning beaches and countless restaurants. The architectural design is based on the classical 18th century town houses of Portugal and has beautiful landscape gardens, three pools, variety of restaurants ranging from Cafe’s to A la Carte, bars, playground and supermarket.

You must at all times abide by the rules of the Condominium, which are displayed on notice boards throughout the Village. Please note, during busy months a charge may be levied by the Condominium for the use of sun loungers at the Pools.

Fantastic 2 bed Old Village apartment

Fantastic 2 bed apartment with a central location in the beautiful Old Village resort. The apartment was clean, well equipped and had air conditioning. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning to this apartment with our two young sons. Thank you Michelle

Well maintained great outside space

Open plan and comfortable apartment, very good location for restaurants, pools and village shop, great outside space and good parking, nice walk to Marina plenty of cabs if you don't want to walk back. 3rd year return and back next year.

Perfect apartment in a great location

Just back from a stay at villa 12a, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking! Apartment was spotlessly clean, all necessary utensils etc supplied, really comfortable beds&travel cot set up and ready to go for our toddler.

Great communication with the owner from start to finish.

Free parking right outside the door if you have rented a car and restaurants, pools and supermarket a stones throw away from the apartment.

Great Apartment

If you are looking for a clean, tidy and fantastically positioned apartment, then look no further! Not only is the apartment spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, it is also bright and airy and in a very tranquil location. It is a stones throw away from the Old Village shop, pools and restaurant and within easy walking distance to the marina. I would recommend this villa to others and will definitely stay there again.
