Overview

About the property

2 bedroom detached barn central to all attractions, 10 mins walk to restaurants

The property was renovated in July 2016. Bennallack Farm is no longer a working farm and is extremely quite although the stables are still at the farm they are not in use. Bennallack Barn has two bedrooms with an open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner and is fully equip with micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven hob, ironing and ironing board and can sleep 5 comfortably. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs for 5 and a very safe gated area for children. The property itself feels very private and is very quiet and yet is centrally located and within easy reach of all major attractions and amenities. It is an easy 10 minute stroll to Kingsley Village with its large Next outlet and several shops all undercover. McDonalds and a local pub/hotel are in the same complex. A 15 minute walk will take you to The local pub in Fraddon.

A Co-op Supermaket is a 5 min drive away which is open long hours and has everything thing you need. The famous Fish and Chip restaurant and take-away are a 5 min drive as is the local pizza take-away,

There are several beaches to chose from all around a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Owners are semi-retired and experienced in holiday letting with a further properties in St Columb Major and two seafront properties in Newquay jointly owned with their 2 boys.

Lin or Howard Davis purchased this barn in 1998

Why Lin or Howard Davis chose Saint Enoder

We love the barn which has a very friendly feel about it. Bennallack Barn is in a very convenient and lovely spot with beautiful views of green fields to the rear of the property. Cows often graze in the fields and will often stop and look over the wall. There is a resident robin who visits most days for a few crumbs Although it is in a rural location a 10 minute walk away is Kingsley Village shopping centre including Next and its restaurant and McDonalds and Brewers Fayre next door to the shopping centre. The A30 is reached in 2 minutes which will take you to Newquay, Truro or back to Bodmin. Eden Project and Gardens of Heligan in easy reach too.

What makes this barn unique

The barn has the feel of isolation but is close to all you need. Relax in your own private garden while knowing that a nice meal or a pint in the local pub Is only a minute or two away.

Relaxing Break

  • 4 of 5

Good central point for visiting Newquay and surrounding areas. Accommodation was modern, clean, tidy and very presentable. Made use of the Blue Anchor pub, good food and very friendly. Also close to Hendre Holiday Park where they have a nice indoor swimming pool to keep the kids happy. Pleasant stay and well recommended.

stunning property everything you need home from home

Thank you for the map or we wouldn't of found the turning.

The whole process was easy and Linda is good with communication.

The property is stunning and to a very high standard. A nice touch with things like dish washer tablets and tea towels already supplied.

Beds are comfortable , towels luxurious.

Overall very pleased and will be booking again.

Thanks

Lovely property and well located for lots of tourist attractions

  • 4 of 5

Lovely and well decorated property with all the mod cons. Good location so lots of things to do nearby. Couldn’t find a hairdryer and perhaps a sign on the gate so you can find it easier but otherwise perfect for a stay with the kids.

Beautifully restored barn. Immaculate and strongly recommrnded

  • 5 of 5

This delighted secluded hideaway gave us the most wonderful base as we visited family and friends throughout Cornwall. The accommodation is very comfortable and furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The accessibility to the A30 arterial road gives easy access to the whole of Cornwall. North and south coast resorts are easily accessed as are the beautiful moorland villages.. Great pubs and redrsursnts abound. We are returning as soon as we possible can plan to do so.
