Great apartment in a great location.

We enjoyed four wonderful nights in this apartment located in a great part of Seville. It is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions but is beyond the crazy tourist areas. The apartment has lots of old world charm but with all the modern conveniences. Comfortable, if a bit hard, beds. Be aware that it is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Nacho and his brother Jose were very communicative and helpful.

There are dozens of good bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The streets and squares were filled in the late evening with people of all ages enjoying life. We can't wait to go back.

Unit decor and style were a great fit for the area and blended in well with the surroundings.

Amazing Location

Central location where all that there is to be seen is within walking distance.

The apartment is nice and big, very well taken care of to guarantee a comfortable stay.

Kitchen is fully equipped but we always ate out since neighborhood offers great variety of places to have breakfast, lunch or dinners. Supermarket also one block away.

Spacious unit and perfect location

I am rating this as 4.5 stars.

Nacho responded to my messages promptly and the booking went smoothly. One of the main reasons we selected this unit is because it is non-smoking only. The photo they posted will help you to quickly find the building once the taxi driver drops you off, as the building is inset. As soon as the three of us arrived at the doorstep, Carlos was there to greet us. After some brief explanations, we settled in. The unit is a little older, but has such great character. The common area is spacious with lots of seating, and juliet balconies. I liked that we could control the air conditioning for each room. We did not do much cooking, but there is a stove, toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a large room off the kitchen with a laundry machine and drying rack. Wifi is available and reliable. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite washroom. Water pressure for both showers was good. We did notice a few small ants in both bathrooms, but nothing alarming. The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable

The apartment was in a perfect location for eating and sightseeing. There was a supermarket nearby and conveniently a taxi rank. A very comfortable and welcoming place to see Seville. Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was helpful and punctual.
