This lovely apartment is located less than a 5 minute drive from the beach. The famous Benalmádena Puerto Marina with its colourful shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, and family attractions including Sealife is around 8 minutes away. Málaga international airport is only 15 minutes drive and Marbella centre is a 20 minute drive away.

This property is professionally managed by All Connections Property Services S.L. The rental charge includes being met and shown the property on arrival. Spanish and English speaking employees are available to assist you if an emergency should arise. Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Rental rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Deposit required of 25% of rental fee by credit card, along with signed Booking Form to secure booking, the balance will be due for payment eight weeks before arrival. (There is a credit/debit card charge of 1.5%) Refundable breakages deposit of 250€ required with payment of balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
