The cottage is one of two set near the owner's property and sleeps five people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and Jack-and-Jill access to the corridor and a family room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a split level open plan living area with a kitchen and dining area and a sitting area which is down a couple of steps. Outside there is off road parking and a lawned garden. Drumfad Barn provides a fantastic base with a number of opportunities for days out nearby. Amenities: Electric underfloor heating via ground source heat pump with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, Nintendo Wii, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden to rear with furniture and BBQ.
