Lived in Spain for 10 years. Currently living in rural Spain. Originally from the North West of England, not far from the picturesque coastal town of Southport. Moved to Spain with husband & young daughter to restore a very large Country Finca near the towns of Pinoso & Monovar. Great modern spotless apartment....

Just got back after a 3 night stay at this apartment. Lovely, clean and modern. There was a hairdryer iron and ironing board which dont usually get . Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Great location. Would definately book this apartment again. Could not fault it. Only thing , could ve done with another large mirror only because there was 5 of us , all women fighting for the mirror. But got round that by buying a couple of small ones. We all were very impressed and as i said would definately stay here again.

We have now just fitted a large wall mirror in the main bedroom of the apartment. Also, in the bathroom we have fitted a new larger & brighter ceiling light, a new light over the bathroom mirror and a ceiling extractor fan. Just got it all installed before the next guests arrived! Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Great apartment, good location

Fantastic people to rent off! Apartment is well presented, clean and has everything you need. Shame it has no pool, beach in the area gets very very busy and sunbeds are expensive to rent. Not far away from entertainment in the evening, or somewhere to eat.

Fist impressions were not good, and one of the apartments had been on fire but inside was brilliant

This property would have got 4 or even 5 stars if it had a pool, the outside appearance let it down some what. Once inside absolutely fantastic though the owners were there to meet us and were lovely. The apartment has a safe which was brilliant and was close to the beach we had a brilliant stay here!

I agree that it would be lovely to have a swimming pool on the complex, but like you say, it is very close to the beach. However, we do not advertise anywhere that there is a swimming pool. The apartment above is currently being fully reformed by the owner, and I am sure it will look lovely when completed. Unfortunately, We do not have any control over the appearance of other apartments in the complex.

Lovely well kept appartment in a great location.

Met the manager at the apartment, due to somebody being in before us our time collect the keys was understandably 4.00 pm. We had already had an early flight booked, text the manager when we arrived and the apartment was ready for us, very grateful. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard. There is room for 6 people to stay but I think it would be comfortable for 4 but a bit tight for 6 people. Buts that is just my opinion. There are only a few minor points, the apartment really misses a balcony, it would have been lovely to of relaxed with a drink in the sun on a balcony. No safe, I feel a safe is essential when abroad for travel documents and money to be kept safe. Finally no curtain except net curtains in the main bedroom which is overlooked by a hotel with all balcony's facing the bedroom window.

These are minor issues in a lovely apartment which I have no trouble in recommending.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for you review. We have taken your comments on board and we are getting a safe installed soon. As for the bedroom curtains, yes, we do have net curtains, however we also have a roll-down blackout blind on that window, that can easily be pulled down to give the room complete privacy. (We have never had this complaint before, because the blind has always been there). Unfortunately, the guest must have overlooked this on this occasion. Stayed here for 5 nights , greeted by Chris the owners husband , apartments were spotlessly clean and well maintained , excellent location close to all nightlife , bars and restaurants, would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be visiting again , brilliant xxx ...once again thank you Chris and Sue xxx
