About the property

The house is located in the center of Los Alcázares where the weekly market takes place and being at a distance of 400m from the beach, surrounded by gardens and next to the tennis club. A five minute walk is the entertainment area and restaurants known as the 525 Gallery, where you can enjoy and spend leisure time.

The property is composed of three bedrooms, a dining room with satellite television and internet, bathroom and toilet and has a balcony and a large terrace where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and everything you need to enjoy your stay. In the solarium you can enjoy a barbecue where you can cook and relax with the family.

It is an ideal place for golf as there are many golf courses in the area at a distance of 5 minutes drive meeting also near the airport. Given the location of housing it is not necessary to rent a vehicle since it is close to bus stops and taxis.

Our stay in Javiers Appartement was absolutely perfekt. Everything is like the pictures showing. It was very clean and his mwother very nice. The Beach is near, a short walk from 5 minutes away. A parking we always found directly in front. The weekly market is just behind the House and is big enough to find everything. We certainly come back

Excellent séjour

L' appartement est conforme aux photos, voir même mieux. très spacieux, très lumineux, très propre. La terrasse est très grande également. Il est très bien équipé, manque juste quelques mugs ou bols pour les amateurs de grand café le matin. Mais c'est un détail!

L' appartement est également très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et un quart d'heure à pied de la grande rue principale où sont situés l'ensemble des restaurants. Restauration tournée principalement vers la culture britannique, mais on arrive à trouver quelques petites perles pour déguster de la cuisine espagnole ou méditerranéenne, même un petit bistrot français, tenu par un français et son fils. Plutôt sympathique.La ville est pltôt agréable et assez proche de plusieurs sites touristiques à visiter. La météo en cette fin octobre a été parfaite! soleil, douceur estivale, idéale pour apprécier la mar menor et la très longue promenade en bord de plage de Los alcazares.

En résumé, rapport qualité / prix, excellent. Séjour parfait! Juste un bémol, mais cela s'entend partout sur le coin, aéroport à 5km donc, certains jours on entend les avions pas trop nombreux...Mais on oublie très vite!
