Excellent !

Un appartement très très propre, très très lumineux, très très bien équipée et très très confortable ! Les propriétaires sont adorables ! Ils font le maximum pour nous être agréables. Proche de la mer et de la vielle ville. J'y retournerai les yeux fermés. Mériterait un 6 !

La Dolce Vita à Monopoli

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Pour découvrir la région, l' emplacement est idéal. Et la ville de Monopoli est agréable. Notre break d'automne est réussi. Une mention particulière pour la propreté des lieux. Un grand merci.

Un appartement spaciaux, confortable et très bien situé

A deux pas de la vieille ville et de la mer, un très agréable appartement. Propre, parfaitement aménagé, confortable et très spacieux. Michele est un hôte très courtois et très agréable. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Une place de stationnement dans la résidence sûrement très utile l'été mais nous avons toujours pu nous garer dans la rue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique région. Catherine

Una bella scoperta!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 3 al 10 Settembre 2016 in 2 famiglie per un totale di 4 adulti e una bimba. L'alloggio è molto ampio, ristrutturato a dovere con materiali di qualità dotato di tutti i confort. Dalla cucina solare, al soggiorno ampio, le 3 camere da letto confortevoli una persino dotata di bagno esclusivo!!! Da non sottovalutare anche la presenza di 2 bei balconi dove prendere un po d'aria. Aria condizionata distribuita in tutto l'appartamento....silenziosa ed efficace. La posizione è altresì ottima perchè è veramente a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Monopoli e 5 minuti dalla spiaggia più vicina che a dire il vero è un po limitata; per chi volesse fare mare con servizi attrezzati deve prendere l'auto e spostarsi di pochi Km. Per chi invece come noi volesse approfittare per visitare le attrazioni le principali sono a portata di pochi km. Proprio sotto la palazzina ci sono tutti i servizi necessari: supermercato, panettiere, macellai, fruttivendoli, caseificio, pescheria, persino ferramenta, centro Vodafone, CBC e altro ancora tutto a due passi.... In generale quindi una buona soluzione che consiglio a quanti vogliono godere di un appartamento di livello superiore. Domenico
