Enjoy the breathtaking views of Newquay's coastline from the spacious and airy living area which comprises a modern well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and generous balcony. Sleeps up to 6 people - master en-suite bedroom, a second double bedroom and two sofabeds in the lounge. There is also a surf locker and outside shower along with a private parking space and pleasant communal gardens. Infinity WiFi, smart TVS, Netflix.

About Linda Hilsdon

We are a family who live in Callington, Cornwall - love the north Cornwall coast and spend our holidays and weekends down here, usually at the beach! We snapped this property up when we saw the plans! The views and location, at the quieter end of Newquay, were too good to pass up - Newquay has loads of things to do for all the family and we love spending time here.

What makes this apartment unique

The views from the balcony are just so brilliant and the patio doors fold right back so it really feels like you are outside.The apartment also benefits from a surf locker and outside shower which we have found so useful.

Superb holiday location

The apartment is beautifully positioned with an uninterrupted view of the sea. There are numerous beaches close by which are dog friendly. The location of the apartment means that visits to Padstow and Port Isaac are doable.

When we arrived the apartment was spotless and the welcoming basket of Cornish treats provided by Linda was just great. With two teenagers in tow, the wifi and netflix which came with the apartment were essential! Heartily recommend the apartment and Linda as the host.

Stunning apartment

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week. Fantastic location with stunning sea views. The apartment itself is very clean and tidy and has everything you could need in there. The welcome gift basket was also a lovely gesture and I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future. Communication with Linda was excellent, she responded quick and with all the information we required for a stress free holiday!

Fantastic luxury apartment

Stunning location and fantastic apartment everything you could want super clean and nice home touches the view is absolutely amazing you don't need the TV my 2dogs loved it too it's not far in to town to the shops n restaurant and a short walk to the lovely bakery that sells gorgeous fresh bread I will definitely be booking again for sure and the cake and milk Linda leaves for you are very welcoming after a long journey can't wait to book again Clare fagan and family x

Paradise in Newquay

Picture perfect apartment ! The views are just stunning, the apartment is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is fully stocked with everything to make your stay as comfortable as home. We spent a week there with our dogs and can honestly say it was the most fabulous place we've stayed in around Newquay. We visit Newquay at least a couple times a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else now. Booking was super easy, and the owners communication is excellent, right down to wishing you an amazing stay !

Definitely recommend a stay here, a few mins walk and you are on lusty glaze beach, which has a really lovely restaurant that is not only dog friendly, but dog welcoming, and the food is superb !

Just perfect

Fabulous apartment, fabulous views. Great location to walk to the nearby beaches of lusty Glaze ,Porth & Newquay Beaches. Nice walk to the harbour & lots of nearby restaurants. Can't wait to return. Thankyou Linda for being so helpful
