The property is located parallel to Avenida de la Palmera football field against Real Betis Balompié. Avenida de la Palmera communicates with the Guadalquivir river and Maria Luisa Park where the Plza. Spain Square. Ubicación alejada del centro pero bien comunicada con autobús a 10m del piso. Buenas condiciones de la casa (excepto wifi) y gran anfitrión.

Owner's Response: Estar un poco alejado del centro puede ser una ventaja sobretodo a la hora de aparcar tu propio coche en la vía pública de forma gratuita al lado del alojamiento. La siguiente mejora a llevar acabo será dotar de wifi el alojamiento.
