We offer you this typical andalusian style house on one floor, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The house has a nice porch overlooking the lush garden with trees, bougainvillea and jasmine as well as a pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the

appliances and fully renovated bathrooms are new.

The complex is very quiet and family atmosphere, allows cycling.

Within the urbanization there are tennis and paddle courts and a playground, pharmacy and supermarket.

Throughout the complex there is 24-hour security. The beach is easily accessible and white sand plus a few meters from the complex there are beautiful beaches.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben im September wunderschöne Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht.Der Garten ist einfach nur traumhaft. Sehr gepflegt und lädt zum erholen ein. Von Anreise bis Abreise lief alles problemlos. Auf alle Anfragen und Wünsche wurde umgehend reagiert. Alle Anreiseinformationen und Tipps waren hilfreich und sehr ausführlich. Das Haus liegt unweit wunderschöner Strände und in einer schönen Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder. Amaya, vielen Dank für alles.

On se croirait sur une île paradisiaque

Bel écrin de verdure, maison agréable disposant de tout le nécessaire. nous avons passé un beau séjour, piscine privative sur place, accès à la mer à 15 mes de marche ou en voiture pour les moins courageux. Cadix, Jerez, Conil, Vejer de la Frontera sont de jolies villages et villes belles pour la visite à 30 minutes de voiture. Le propriaitaire de la maison est sympathique et arrangeant et vous donne toutes les recommandations très complètent pour votre séjour, manquerait peut-être un micro-onde pour la cuisine, mais ce n'est franchement pas rébarbatif...beaucoup d'activités aux alentours pour sportifs ou pas 😉.

Nous recommandons ce bien locatif et y retournerons sans doute
