Modern two bedroom flat located in the great Kemptown area in Brighton, known for its Pride parties and great community. With a stunning sea and city view, it’s very close to the Pavilion and Brighton City Centre, local shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, and just a few minutes walk to the seafront.

With two king bedrooms and a lot of storage space, one bathroom with shower over bath, a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining area, two sofas, 40 inch TV, and access to an open balcony, ideal to relax and enjoy the sights.

Very light and spacious it would make for a great base for any trip be it business or pleasure.

Linen, towels and wifi are standard and we are available during your stay should an issue arise.

It was ok...

Nice decor in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen, lovely new carpets, who place was very clean and it has a handy central location. The property manager was really nice, friendly and helpful.

However the bathroom was disappointing. The shower was awful with very low pressure, ran hot to cold and only stabilised at a pretty low temperature. Pretty much impossible to wash long hair in. We could just about run a lukewarm bath but it's a half length bath which was no good for the 3 other members of our party who were over 6ft. We were told this is being refurbished, so will hopefully serve tenants better in a few weeks but it didn't help a bunch of runners returning muddy, wet and cold from the South Downs hoping to get washed up for a night on the town!

I'd also recommend asking to see a picture of the outside of the building.

Brighton at its best!

Beautiful and modern flat with amazing sea view. Just around the corner from local shops and food. We had an amazing stay, and loved the personalised service!
