Located in the middle of the 14 kilometers of seaside promenade offered by the seaside resort, 300 meters from the Castle of Santa Ana and the Port of Roquetas de Mar.
Discover the inevitable Andalusian tapas bars, local gastronomy, the white villages of Alpujarra, Granada and Cabo de Gata.
The Roquetas aquarium and its aquatic park are a plus in July / August.

Great Apartment in Roquetas de Mar

This is a great apartment in a location perfect for the beach and local amenities. The apartment is bright & airy and had everything that we required for our stay. The balcony faces south and has sun all day round. On the seafront, just a two-minute walk away, are some great bars and restaurants frequented by locals so open during the out of season period. A short walk inland you can also find bars which are only used by locals but also welcoming. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and introduced us to the apartment. He also gave a list of recommendations for the area. Thank you Jeffrey we had a great stay.

Great apartment

We stayed for 11 nights with friends who were in another of your apartments. We all had a great holiday and loved the apartment and it’s excellent location to the beach. The local people really welcomed us and appreciated us trying to speak Spanish. I could easily live here. This was our first time renting like this and we would definitely do it again! Carmen and Joffrey made the whole transaction easy. Barbara and James

30 jours à Roquetas

Excellent séjour chez Geoffrey. Il était là à notre arrivée et nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour de 30 belles journées. L'appartement est très bien situé à 200 m de la plage et des Chiringuitos. Geoffrey parle aussi Français ce qui est un avantage car si vous ne parlez pas Espagnol c'est difficile car peu parlent anglais. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

The property was exactly as listed. The pictures describe each of the rooms accurately. Our host responded to all our questions super quick. The view of the sea from our balcony was great. Everything we needed was near by. We would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Ruhige Lage, nah zum Meer und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Der Vermieter ist super, freundlich, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich mit vielen Tips. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wünschen ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft und wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, ist er unser erster Ansprechpartner.
