About the property

Spacious two bedroom property with stunning views and swimming pool

Our modern and spacious two bedroom converted barn has wonderful views across the fields and River Blackwater in the distance. It is situated adjacent to our family home which is an old vicarage, and overlooks a tidy yard, gardens and swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, shower room with loo, sitting room with doors opening onto the patio overlooking field, with two large double aspect bedrooms upstairs (one double and one twin with a daybed twin). The Barn will sleep four people comfortably, six maximum.

Guest access includes access to all spaces, rooms and facilities within The Barn, a shared swimming pool (in season), private garden and patio area and a shared driveway.

We offer a 25% discount for week long stays and a 55% discount for month long stays.

*We expect our guests to leave the house in the same state they found it. i.e. all surfaces clean, carpets hoovered, beds stripped, kitchen appliances clean (including oven and fridge) etc. The cleaning fee charged covers a light clean and linen laundry to refresh the property for our next guests. Any cleaning over and above will incur significant additional charges which will be taken from the deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.

**Contractor bookings welcome, but increased deposit will be required according to length of stay. We do not offer a weekly clean or linen changes, but all necessary cleaning equipment and washing machine is provided.
