Lovely garden flat in the heart of the city.(no extra charges cleaning etc)

Just 150 metres from Canterbury Cathedral (post code is CT1 2XS), this ground floor apartment offers a perfect place to stay for those wishing to explore the historic and beautiful city of Canterbury. The apartment is situated within the city walls just minutes from all transport links, with many of the pubs, restaurants and city attractions just a short walk away. Great for couples and/or families (double sofa bed in lounge), lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal supplied. All towels and bedding supplied. French doors from the lounge open directly onto a lovely private, communal garden with patio table and chairs.

There are no extra charges for cleaning etc.(none smoking building)(no of road parking. there are lots of car parks in Canterbury plus park and ride)

Great Location

This apartment is the perfect home base for exploring Canterbury. It is within walking distance to many points of interest and a block away from the city centre shopping and dining streets. The apartment had everything we needed. I liked the layout with the bedroom away from the street. The street itself is not too busy, but the noise of walkers talking was blocked by the interior walls.

The other great part of our holiday was the kindness of our host, Kevin. We arrived much later than we had meant to, and had a hard time getting there the first time due to closed roads that our GPS did not know about. Kevin was gracious to change his plans and wait for us. He saved us a close parking space, and made sure we had daily parking passes for our stay (£4 per day),

Clean, comfortable, and central

We had a great stay in this comfy compact cottage. The garden was lovely and we could hear the Cathedral bells; a real treat. Wonderful to be in the heart of Canterbury with everything within walking distance.

A perfect location to stay and visit all the attractions that Canterbury has to offer. The accommodation has all the convenience's you need for your stay, while the small patio garden offers a place of tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of this popular tourist destination.

Very comfortable stay

This appartment was lovely and went significantly to making our stay in Canterbury a great success. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Lovely little garden outside our back door and great choice of resturants and sights just out the front door. Kevin was very friendly and helpful, particularly with our parking. Would definitely recommend.
