Very bright and spacious 3rd-floor panoramic apartment. There are 3 double bedrooms. The flat is 110 sqm. Newly refurbished and furnished, it is in immaculate condition. Need just 12-15 mins walking to reach Caledonian and Strathclyde University, City of Glasgow college, Royal Infirmary, St. Mungo Cathedral, Necropolis and 20 mins walking to Buchanan Street.- Motorway M8 is at less than 1 mile and there is a bus stop just out of the entry door of the building and another one on the main street that is at 200 meters, There are buses going to city center every 3/4 mins.

THERE IS A TESCO SUPERSTORE OPENED 24/h - 7/7 days and a Lidl supermarket at just 2 minutes walking.

****THE APARTMENT IS ON A 3rd FLOOR AND NO LIFT IS IN THE BUILDING. ****

In the flat there are 2 twin bedrooms and one double, the total of beds are 5, of which single 3ft and 1 double 4,6ft one. adding one single folding bed in each twin bedroom can get a total of 7 beds that can host 8 people. The folding beds are large 80 cm and long 180/185 cm. A NEW CORNER SOFA BED IN THE LIVING ROOM, CAN HOST 2 PEOPLE. The size of the bed is cm 140 wide and cm 200 long.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED as well as WIFI.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED, as well as hair dryer, iron and board, and everything you can need the house to enjoy your stay.

LOCATION: ideal as a base to visit Glasgow, to attend any event, to reach UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES and to work in the city center.

The kitchen is provided with gas fired cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, storage & utensils, everything you might need.

There are a bathroom and a toilette, dining and living room.

DOUBLE BEDROOM:

This room is furnished with a double bed along with 1-bed side table, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an office table with chair. There is a 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in too other than see Freeview/cable tv and free WI-FI. The room has a large window looking out to the front of the building. Mattress with high-quality memory foam topper, king size duvet, lockable door, digital safety box. New carpet.

TWIN BEDROOMS:

These rooms are furnished with 2 large single beds (3ft – 90cm) along with 2-bedside tables, built in wardrobe and 1 big chest of drawers. There is a wall mounted 32” led TV that you can use to plug a memory stick in too other than see Freeview/cable tv and free WI-FI. The room has a large window. Mattress with high-quality memory foam topper, double size duvet, lockable door, digital safety box. New carpet

LIVING AND DINING ROOM

The living area has a sofa with coffee and nest tables, a 40" SMART LED TV and carpet flooring.

The dining area has laminate flooring and there is a big table with 6 faux leather chairs.

NEW CORNER SOFA BED - THE BED IS CM 140 WIDE AND CM 200 LONG, CAN HOST 2 PEOPLE.

THERE IS A TOILET AND A BATHROOM AND PLENTY OF WALL CUPBOARDS

Beautiful third floor apartment/flat with all of the conveniences. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment/flat was gorgeous and very well done. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very nice. Tesco store just across the highway and one of our party is an amateur photographer and she absolutely loved the old Cemetery right across the street. She got some beautiful photos. Highly recommend this place. Maria was absolutely fantastic and explain the area to us. I will use again.

Excellent space in Glasgow

Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed this space, so much so we stayed twice. Maria met us both times and helped to make us comfortable - she is a great host!

Nice bedrooms and modern fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen. A real plus was a clothes dryer. Of the three places we stayed in Scotland this was the only one with that amenity.

Guests with mobility issues should take note, the apartment is up a few floors and there is no elevator.

The bus lines and grocery stores are near by.

Wonderful, clean and stylish flat.

This flat is immaculate, updated and contains every convenience you may need. If it doesn't have it, Maria will make sure she gets it for you. She is available at a moments notice and will help make your stay in Glasgow a pleasant one!

I stayed here with friends and our daughters and we were very comfortable. The taxi stop was close by as well as a great Tesco. It was a quick ride to get to the Royal Concert Hall.

Highly recommend this property.
