Spacious apartment in the Plaza Alfaro, a few steps from the Gardens of Murillo, the Alcazar and the Cathedral, in a noble Sevillian house with a beautiful garden. Decorated with traditional details of Andalusian culture, very comfortable, quiet and cozy.

It is a calm and quiet apartment with two separate bedrooms, one with double bed, large closet and bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds and direct access to a bathroom. The apartment also has a spacious bright living room which has large sofa bed for two more people, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also has two balconies overlooking splendid garden directly. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a large area for cooking; provided with everything you need (fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine) for use of our guests.

Beautiful apartment in historic barrio

This was truly a super apartment for our stay in Sevilla. Ramon provided a warm and informative welcome, and the apartment was so spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom is definitely the room you want to sleep in with a view out the windows of the trees and sky - the second bedroom is very small, cell-like, no view, but comfortable. You have everything you need and it is located so close to so many sights, but mainly I loved being able to unlock the big wooden door and enter our private garden area.

Calle Virgenes 2, we ended be moved to a different unit as this one has a repair issue

Calle Virgenes 2 was a nice place and very centrally located for Semana Santa. Up one flight of stairs, over a bar so you are in the action so noise is an issue if you like to go to sleep very early. Ramon was great, and very accomodating.

A unique hide away right in the centre of Seville. Step into the past to find a secluded apartment.

From the peaceful haven of the apartment you can wander through the lanes and the old Jewish quarter to the heart of the city. Rael Alcazar, whose gardens run parallel to where you stay is opposite the cathedral.

So many amazing lanes meander through Santa Cruz, specialized boutiques offering quality clothing are next to an array of tapa bars offering local specialties or food with a more refined modern taste. The sound of Flamenco can be heard in one square then when you turn into the next square a guitarist is playing classical Spanish music. Your senses are tested every time you change route.

The doorways open onto patios full of plants and Arabian styled archways, it's like looking back into the past. So many peaceful places hidden away.

Marvelous apartment for visiting Seville

The property manager was wonderful, helpful and kind. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well situated for visiting Seville. Air conditioning worked very well, and the neighborhood and apartment were very quiet for sleeping. A real pleasure staying at this lovely place, and would happily return.

Fantastic peaceful courtyard apartment in the centre of old Seville

Perfect for our 3 night stay (wished it had been longer!). We could walk to all the interesting locations in old Seville and any amount of bars and restaurants. Ramon was a delightful host who took the time to talk us through all the places to see, eat etc - would definitely recommend El Pasaje (any of their 3 tapas bars) for value and quality.

Lovely place. The first impression is the beautiful courtyard with fountain and orange trees. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. Ramon was there to greet us and give us a few pointers about Seville.Highly recommend.

Plaza Alfaro along with Santa Cruz, are located in the historic center, so walking can go all the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. This pleasant square with direct access to the wonderful Jardines de Murillo and the alley Water (Wall of the Alcazar). Choosing this apartment in Seville, you can enjoy life to the center of the city from dawn until late at night. It is what is needed for a perfect holiday. It highlights its excellent location, as it is surrounded by typical Sevillian buildings. Your situation will make you enjoy the green spaces of the Murillo gardens and the park of Maria Luisa. You will find the commercial area only 10 minutes away and the River Guadalquivir 15 min.
