Excellent apartment, great location, fantastic!

The owner was extremely helpful, contacting us straight after we'd booked, giving clear instructions on how to find the apartment. The apartment itself is on a new development. It is very well decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. The shower was very hot and powerful. Comfy double bed and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. Lovely little balcony. Nice area, we felt safe walking around with our children. Very short walk to Catford Bridge station, which is in zone 3. Only takes about 17 minutes to get into London Bridge. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children - ages 4.5 (twins) and 6 years. The apartment was a perfect size and location for us to take the children on their first trip to London. We drove down, as we went to Chessington the day we checked out (which is only an hour away). There are a few places to park nearby. When we were looking for somewhere to stay, the apartment had no reviews and was new to the website. We thought we'd take a gamble though, as the photos and location looked great. Having now stayed there, I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone else at all. The next time we travel to London, either as a family or a group of friends, we would 100% book to stay here again.

Fab Apartment ....wish I could have stayed longer

This accommodation was of a very high standard, bedding, towels etc. were all good quality. The kitchen and bathroom was excellent and the whole flat was beautiful and new and exceptionally clean. Easy access to the trains and a great location. Communication with Julius the owner was excellent. Had a lovely stay very comfortable and cosy..........

My family (4 persons) stayed 10 days in the end of July, this year.

I thank the owner for the hospitality and for the help we got during these days. The apartment was very new and fresh and the rooms were very and comfortable!

The whole area is new and there are good links and transport to London Bridge and Cannon Street from this area!

We found a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this apartment!

Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.
There is a GBP 40 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking. There is a security deposit of GBP 200 which is charged during the booking of the property.
Check-out time is 11:00.
Official photo identification, either a drivers license or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. The card must match the name of the individual who made the booking.
Upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

A high chair is available upon request. Please request at the time of the booking.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
