Beautiful farmhouse completely renovated in 2016.

In the heart of town, yet very quiet due to the size of the field.

Capacity: 8 people. 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, one with bath. 2 separate toilets. Very comfortable. Appliances 100% brand new (washer, dryer, dishwasher ...). new bedding.

Une maison très agréable, bien rénovée et idéalement située

Très jolie maison au calme et idéalement située au coeur de ce village de Saint Paulet de Caisson. Boucherie et boulangerie sont accessibles en 5 minutes à pieds, supermarchés à 10 minutes en voiture. La partie basse était fraîche malgré la canicule de cette première semaine d'août 2018 et la baie vitrée à permis de profiter de la relative fraîcheur tôt le matin ou en soirée. La rénovation tout juste terminée a été très bien réalisée et le jardin est très agréable. Côté cuisine tout le nécessaire était là. La terrasse de la chambre principale à l'arrière de la maison a été une très bonne surprise. Il reste quelques petites choses à terminer ou à prévoir pour les prochaines locations, d'où le 4/5 : des appliques dans le séjour et le couloir, la possibilité de garer les véhicules dans l'enceinte du jardin, un store pour la baie vitrée, un équipement anti-moustiques de base (lotions ou prises), etc.
