NEW from January 2018 - Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

The cottage is dated approximately 1876 and retains many original features such as an Inglenook fireplace, exposed beams and flag stone flooring and some low ceilings. It is set back from the country lane and hosts stunning views of the Polden Hills. There is ample parking at the front of the property and a 2 acre field at the rear all of which is fully enclosed. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen and dining room which leads out onto the patio. The well equipped kitchen has an electric double range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a Bose speaker. There is a large lounge with inglenook fireplace, wood burner, 55 inch smart television with youview, wifi, cd player, games and books. Also downstairs is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and a WC.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, with exposed beams, super kingsize bed, 32 inch television, ensuite with bath and separate shower & a dressing room. There are two further double bedrooms, one single bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Outside the large patio is perfect for dining on a summers evening with seating for up to 10 people. There is a charcoal BBQ and a fire pit to keep you warm on cooler evenings. There are cushions and sun chairs available and a four poster double sun lounger. The cottage itself has lots of space and provides maximum comfort. It is a perfect location for nature lovers who enjoy walking or cycling with wonderful scenery.
