Villa Sabrina, with its private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and carefully furnished interiors, is located in the countryside surrounding the famous walled town of San Gimignano. Recently restored and occupying part of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, Villa Sabrina is the perfect holiday villa for all those guests who want to enjoy the most authentic Tuscany adding a touch of luxury to their vacation. The villa can sleep up to 7 guests in carefully furnished interiors, full of charme and character, and offers the benefit of manicured gardens in a panoramic location housing a large rivate pool for the exclusive use of the guests staying in Villa Sabrina. Additionally the most sought after villages and areas of Tuscany (such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Chianti Classico region) are all within a short drive away.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been personally finished by the owner, who cared each details during the renovation. On the ground floor there are a large, comfy lounge with satellite TV, sofa-bed, a delightfully pretty kitchen with dining area (fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), a welcoming double bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, large and attractively furnished (a double with four posted bed, and a twin with the beds that can be joined on request) as well as a fantastic bathroom with both bath and shower.
Outside, Villa Sabrina will impress even the most demanding guests. Set within manicured gardens with lawn, flowers and shrubs, the villa also offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The generously sized private pool (open from the 15th of April until the 15th of October) is located within fenced grounds and is provided with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. It measures 10m x 5m and the depth is between 0.8m and 1.65m: it is the perfect spot for a refreshing swim under the shining Tuscan sun! Shaded terraces, furnished with barbecue, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, complete the setting.

Ein richtig schöner Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung mit tollen Gastgebern. Die Räume sind gross, der Garten sehr schön, der Blick fantastisch und die Nähe zu San Gimignano sehr praktisch. Den Kamin haben wir zu dieser Jahreszeit noch nicht benutzt, ist aber sicherlich sehr gemütlich! Wir kommen wohl mal an Weihnachten.

We had the most incredible vacation at this villa. Sabrina was wonderful from start to finish-- welcoming us with a lovely basket of goodies, bringing us cake and wine throughout our stay, and making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The house itself is wonderful exactly as shown in photos. The yard/garden is well-manicured and vibrant. The house is clean with good sized bedrooms. We traveled with two young children and Sabrina provided a playhouse and slide for the yard-- such a treat! The property is totally child-friendly. Sabrina lives in an attached villa with her family, but you rarely see or hear them. It was quite private and remote, and perfect for our family. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to come back again!

Das Haus ist wirklich klasse. Liegt ganz nah bei San Gimignano und Florenz und Siena ist in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, etwas erhöht mit schöner Aussicht. Die Mieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Pool, der nur für die Feriengäste dieses Haus ist, lässt es sich super nach den Städtebesuchen erholen. Wir würden das Haus jedenfalls wieder mieten, sollte es in die Toskana gehen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub
A lovely villa in a truly fabulous setting.
The villa is a wonderful blend of rustic charm with all modern comforts. The setting is perfect. Incredible gardens and pool with perfect views of the Tuscan countryside. The location could not have been better . Close to the amazing medieval town of San Gimignano and easy distance to visit Sienna and Florence. The owners live next door but don't be put off by this as they are not at all intrusive and we didn't hear or see them after the initial greeting.
We had a fabulous time and would thoroughly recommend this villas.

Great week with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack. Pool has sun beds, deck chairs and sofa for lounging by the pool. Villa was well decorated and clean. Good outside eating area. Very secluded. Fans in all rooms. Could do with an extra sofa in the lounge area.

An excellent villa which exceeded our expectations
Location
Villa Sabrina is perfectly set in a location that will impress its guests. Offering brethtaking views over the rolling Tuscan hills, the villa is just 5km away from the famous San Gimignano, with its charming towers and alleys. San Gimignano is probably the ost sought after location of Tuscany, and is within easy reach of other well known art cities such as Siena, Florence etc. This transforms Villa Sabrina into a unique chance to ecplore the whole region, with the added bonus of a high class accommodation.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
