About the property

102 m2 floor modernist small family building in 1926. Just behind the CICCA, in the Triana district, next to Vegueta. 2nd floor without elevator, the master bedroom gives to the quiet street, the rest to the courtyards. Inscribed in the tourist VV-35-1-0001860 general register. With leaves warranty claims and services.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of 20 m2 with double bed, another of just over 8m2 with twin beds and another of 7.5 m2 with a single bed, spacious living room of over 20 m2 and a bathroom. It has children's cot in the master bedroom. It has gas cooker and electric stove, microwave and coffee dolce gusto.

Guests can make use of the entire house, the master bedroom gives to a quiet street by a valconada, the rest of the house overlooks two courtyards. It is a small family building, the apartment is on the 2nd floor (bass, 1st and 2nd) without an elevator. No elevator.

In the house there are numerous tourist information, try by all means available to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to enjoy the island and its many possibilities. It is the most traditional neighborhood in Canary Islands, full of museums, shops, restaurants, bars ... there are several supermarkets within walking distance. About 100 meters from the pharaonic work of the Catholic Monarchs outside the Peninsula, the Las Palmas Cathedral Santa Ana. The neighborhood is ideal for shopping, go out for a drink and while lost in its streets observing its peculiar architecture.

It has all the amenities, however I recommend enjoy the rest of the island for what 10 minutes walking the main station buses (bus) of the island from where you can go anywhere is.

Possibility pickup airport or port taxi with fixed price. € 25 airport pickup, 30 € port Agaete, 7 € in spring Nelson Mandela and 5 € in spring Cambullonero and Santa Catalina Park.

typical canarian flat, quiet situated in centre

Airam an his nice little family was very friendly and helpful. He gave us free Wifi and was always there for us (he lives in the lower floor). The appartement is very quiet and peaceful and with the colonial charme of a typical spanish city-flat. At the same time it is situated in the very centre of the city, in the middle of the beautiful vegueta. We enjoyed it very much!
