About this property

Charm, comfort and sunshine for this detached house located in Longeville sur mer, near the Bouil beach (approx. 600m), close to the sailing base and bike paths. The villa is located in a private housing estate in dead end and has a triple private parking and a nice small garden closed due south without vis-à-vis. It is accessed from the villa by the sunny terrace directly in the large living room-stay which remains very cool in summer and is decorated by a beautiful mezzanine. The adjoining separate kitchen also gives onto the terrace with its garden furniture, (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven etc ...). The mezzanine has a seating area HD TV with sofa bed and a bed of 90. A first large bedroom with wardrobe has a 140 bed. The bathroom and the separate WC are adjoining. A second beautiful room has a 140 bed. A small bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC) is also available.

Perfect base for lounging by the sea

We received a warm welcolme from the Bourons who showed us everything we needed to know about this spacious and clean property, even for a family of four and was perfect for lounging around when the sun was too hot outside. The wifi was fast and the water was hot which was perfect after an afternoon or evening at the beach, which was a short walk (even for someone as unfit as me). Lots of water activities available for the sporty types. Plenty of places to eat and drink within easy reach, the Bourons had made bikes available making it easier to explore a little further without the car. We will have a lot of happy memories from our visit, especially Mrs. Bouron's hint on cooking Moules! A fine house near some fabulous beaches.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Haus bietet für 4-5 Personen viel Platz und ist sehr gut und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden und es hat einen schönen Platz zum draußen Essen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und man merkt, dass sie sich auch selber gerne dort aufhalten. Das Haus wird offensichtlich gut gepflegt. Die Schlafstätte oben ist etwas hellhörig, da sie keine räumliche Trennung zum Wohnbereich hat; empfindsame Schläfer sollten also besser einen der beiden separaten Schlafräume nutzen. Baguette und Croissants konnten wir zu Fuß einkaufen gehen, zwei größere Supermärkte mit Tankstellen gibt es in den Nachbarorten. Auch den (unbewachten) Strand kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem gibt es schöne bewachte Strände in der Nähe, zu denen man mit Auto beziehungsweise Fahrrad kommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wunderbar entspannte Ferien

Unsere vierköpfige Familie (Söhne 6 und 8 Jahre alt) wurden vom Besitzer sehr unkompliziert und herzlich empfangen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist für einen Urlaub perfekt ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, es gibt zwei Kühlschränke mit Eisfach, sodass man den Großeinkauf einer Familie verstauen und reichlich Getränke kühl halten kann. Es gibt sogar zwei Fahrräder, die man nutzen kann. Weitere Räder kann man im nahen kleinen Laden mieten, wo man neben Strandzubehör auch Baguette am Morgen holen kann. Der Weg zum Strand geht flink zu Fuß, führt durchs Dörfchen Le Bouil und den wunderbar duftenden Dünenwald. Die nahen Strände sind alle sehr schön und sauber, zu manchen Zeiten hat man sie sogar ganz für sich alleine. Die ganze Region ist sehr beschaulich, die Menschen offen, freundlich und herzlich - hier lässt es sich gut vom Alltagsstress entspannen. Es gibt ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten genießt man absolute Privatsphäre und hört bei stärkerem Wellengang das Meeresrauschen. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Parfait !

La maison est très confortable, parfaitement propre, spacieuse et comporte de nombreux rangements. La seconde salle d'eau a été très appréciée surtout avec 3 grands enfants. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse semi abritée, sans vis à vis, nous y avons pris l'ensemble de nos repas ! Propriétaire très accueillant et soucieux du bien-être des occupants. Un grand merci ! La plage du Bouil à 5 min à pied est parfaite pour la promenade (rochers à marée basse) ; préférez la plage des Conches à Longeville, à 5 min en voiture ou la plage de la Mine (notre préférée !) à Jard sur Mer pour la baignade (à 15 min en voiture). Pour les adeptes du vélo, la piste cyclable est à quelques mètres de la maison et vous pouvez aisément rejoindre les Sables d'Olonne d'un coté ou La Tranche sur mer de l'autre en toute tranquillité. Un séjour parfait ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt
