Overview

About the property

Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

The apartment is approximately 70m2. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

It is located opposite Crest (the main cablecar) in the heart of Champoluc village. There is a private barrier to the property. You can park your car directly outside the apartment. As the apartment is just off th main road it is peaceful and calm. In the summer there are large open fields opposite the apartment for children to play in.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with bunkbeds). There are 2 good sized bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath/shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bedding, towels and hairdryers are provided.

There is free Wifi connection throughout the apartment. In the lounge there is a television, an Iphone docking station and a DVD player. There is also a cosy log burning fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

We have fully renovated the apartment and hope you will have an enjoyable stay.

Perfectly located, comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for our family skiing holiday. Everything you could wish for had been thought of and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The apartment has been beautifully decorated and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The description was accurate and the apartment was perfect for us. We chose to visit this ski area mainly because of this apartment. Sounded too good to be true, but it was really that perfect. We parked our rental van right in the back and never needed it again. We were in walking distance of the ski rental shop, the lifts, many restaurants and bars. Even the grocery market was right there. Could not have been more perfect.

The apartment was new, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The owner provided great customer service and the manager (Manuella) was kind enough to meet us when we arrived to show us the apartment and where to park.

You have to make reservations at LoBistro (downstairs in the cafe) and Oysteria. Both wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back and stay here in Champoluc again.
