A beautifully presented modern, east facing penthouse apartment in Playa Flamenco, within the secure gated community of La Calma.

La Calma has 4 pools throughout the complex, all set in beautiful palm tree grounds to choose from.

Close to the apartment, within a 5 minute walk, there is 2 supermarkets, plus bars, restaurants,shops,banks,ATM's,and the Playa Flamenca commercial centre, home to cuisines from around the world.

There are many quality beaches within a short walk, such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima.

The Largest shopping complex in the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away

Within approximately 15 minute drive, you can find several quality golf courses, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas to name a few.

The Penthouse apartment is bright and modern comprising of 2 en suit bedrooms,one twin, and one double,and through patio doors leads to the balcony which has a BBQ,and a table and chairs which overlooks one of the pools, and gets the afternoon sun, til sunset

Also in the apartment, there is a well equiped open plan kitchen, including dish washer. The dining/living area has dining table, chairs,couches and patio doors to the balcony.

There is super fast fibre optic broadband installed and a flat screen smart TV which has internet TV with hundreds of channels including films,sport children's channels and more.

There is also a utility room which has a washing machine should you wish to use it.

Please be aware that bookings out of season are booked at 100€/week plus bills.

Property La Calma ,Playa Flamingo, Spain

This property is immaculate. It has everything you need. The beds are clean and comfortable. The shops and eateries are close by but far enough away to allow a quiet apartment. The four pools are very clean and the grounds well maintained. The beach is around a 15min walk and the La Zenia Boulevard around 15mins walk. We loved the apartment and the owner Ian representatives Andy, Reka and Maytie are all so helpful. Looking forward to going back again in the summer!!!

Good quality apartment, exactly as described.

Very nice apartment! with free WiFi and large flat screen TV including loads of channels. The apartment is well located only a short walk away from supermarkets, shops and restaurants/bars but far enough away to ensure a peaceful nights rest.

Ian the owner and Andy the local representative are very easy to deal with and were particularly helpful regarding a late change I made to my original booking.

Highly recommended. I hope to return again in the future.

Great apartment∁lex

The apartment is very clean and bright.The beds are very comfortable.

We had everything for making snacks in the apartment and enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony.

The pools are very clean as are the gardens around.The palmtrees give lovely shade during hotter days.

The grass around the pool is good for lying on but some sun chairs or loungers would be a great addition.

The nearest beach is Calla Mosca about 30min walk along a very busy road and it is a good idea to leave early especially with kids before it is too hot.Taxi is only about €5 each way.

The beach has sun beds&umbrellas for €7.5 and toilets&bar for snacks and it is very clean.

La Zenia Boulevard (enormous shopping centre ) about 45min walk.

For dinner you can have very lively places going towards the seafront but you can find quieter places going more inland like 'Fig&Olive' or 'ArteSano' only 5min walk from apartment.

We were sharing the apartment with 3 adults and 1 Child and we had plenty of space.Overall a great apartment.

Beautiful Apartment

We were very impressed with the apartment, complex and location. It was very clean on arrival and very easy for us to maintain.The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning more than satisfactory and there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

There are beaches shops and many, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. In addition there are supermarkets in very close proximity.
