About the property

A beautifully presented modern, east facing penthouse apartment in Playa Flamenca, within the secure gated community of La Calma.

La Calma has 4 pools throughout the complex, all set in beautiful palm tree grounds to choose from.

Close to the apartment, within a 5 minute walk, there is 2 supermarkets, plus bars, restaurants,shops,banks,ATM's,and the Playa Flamenca commercial centre, home to cuisines from around the world.

There are many quality beaches within a short walk, such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima.

The Largest shopping complex in the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away

Within approximately 15 minute drive, you can find several quality golf courses, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas to name a few.

The Penthouse apartment is bright and modern comprising of 2 en suit bedrooms,one twin, and one double,and through patio doors leads to the balcony which has a BBQ,and a table and chairs which overlooks one of the pools, and gets the afternoon sun, til sunset

Also in the apartment, there is a well equiped open plan kitchen, including dish washer. The dining/living area has dining table, chairs, 'L' shaped bed sette and patio doors to the balcony.

There is super fast fibre optic broadband installed and a flat screen smart TV which has internet TV with hundreds of channels including films,sport children's channels and more.

There is also a utility room which has a washing machine should you wish to use it.

Please be aware that bookings out of season are booked at 100€/week plus bills.

There is a 60euro charge payable locally on arrival to our keyholder to cover meet and greet costs, the services of our keyholders during your stay and cleaning and laundry on your departure.

When keys are handed over, a RETURNABLE deposit of 150€ is payable ( this can be transferred to my account if you prefer, please ask for account details),to cover breakages and key return, ( the electronic keys that gain guests access to the complex via the car and pedestrian gates are €50 each to replace),this will obviously be handed back at the end of you're stay,( when my manager has checked the apartment and keys have been returned,, ( or I will transfer back,when informed all is ok by my manager).

Within the rental price is a 100KWA allowance for electricity/ week,( there is a KWA Meter in the apartment for guests to keep an eye on their own usage.......this is only for reference for winter guests, as meter readings are taken from the utility meters as bills are not included in winter rates), which is more than enough for normal use ( checked by 2 independent guests and myself), this limit has had to be done , as some guests have just left air conditioning on all day, and left main doors open too, ( i have had an electricity bill in excess of €200 for less than a 2 weeks stay)

My manager also offers pickups from Alicante and Murcia airports if required, prices on request.

loved this apartment, the location was brilliant , the owner Ian has been in touch regulary and we have been able to ask him anything and get a reply very quickly. the company that looks after the apartment, "homes in the sun"(Andy) were great, we had a problem in the apartment which was sorted out on the same day. the use of wifi and the English TV was a real bonus. would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

looking forward to more stays here .

Great location, wonderful apartment.

We have just returned after a week in this lovely apartment on a beautiful gated complex in a great location. Being out of season it was quiet and very relaxing. We were lucky with the weather and so made full use of the roof terrace ..........a real sun trap !!

The apartment was clean and tidy , the kitchen fully equipped, great comfortable double bed and a bonus to have fast wifi and english tv !

Andy the local agent was full of info, very helpful and available for airport runs.

We would recommend hiring a car to see the surrounding areas but there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Would recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in the area.

Great communication with the owner Ian was also very reassuring when making the booking.

Fabulous apartment everything you would need in a lovely gated complex

Just a 4 day stay but everything we needed, English Tv and good WiFi a big bonus for keeping in touch with the U.K. Andy was full of info and very helpful, the complex was very safe with the added bonus of a designated car space. Plenty of utensils within the apartment for self catering but near lots of restaurants for meals out too - Great stay would highly recommend

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location.

Everything you need is here. Great being on top floor. T.V. Is good size and furnishings very comfortable. Nothing to fault. We have stayed in the same location for past five years, it has everything here and you don't need a car.

Ian, the owner has been very helpful and we would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent accommodation

Beautifully presented Apartment is 100% correct. Very clean , everything you need and really comfy beds.It was lovely to sit on the balcony every evening watching the wonderful sunsets with a glass or two, then a short stroll to the many restaurants where you were spoilt for choice. All the ones we used were excellent. The pools and the garden areas around them were also very well maintained . We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and hopefully be making a return visit but for longer. Thanks Mick, Christine and Ross

Fees No additional mandatory fees

The 60€ cleaning fee and the refundable 150€ keys/damage fee should be paid to key manager when keys collected. The keys/ damage fee will be refunded after by manager is satisfied the apartment is in order and all keys returned. Due to excessive use of the air conditioning ( being left on all day/ left on with all doors open), and therefore excessive electricity charges, a KW/hr meter has been installed and an amount of 100KW/hr / week is applicable, included in you're booking, any usage above this has an additional charge applied of 25 cents / KW/hr.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
