The apartment is mainly run on solar energy and includes an indoor solar heated swimming pool with large seating area and bathroom for guests exclusive use. The pool is access by passing through the garage for two meters from rear door of the apartment.

The apartment is in the Los Pinos area of Almuñécar and has panoramic views over the town and the sea. The accommodation is a modern well-equipped apartment in a quiet location where you can relax.

The apartment has two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a sofa bed and a small desk with internet connection. The sofa bed can convert to twin beds. It has a living / dining room with an open plan kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one with a washing machine. There is an enclosed patio and a small garden with sunbeds which is south facing and has sun most of the day. The apartment is ideal for two people but can accommodate four. The living / dining room has 1 sofa, an armchair and a large flat screen satellite TV with HDMI and internet connections. The apartment has air conditioning & heating throughout.

The house is between two streets and has access to both. There is a door from the street at the back of the house for pedestrian access (on foot) which is private and exclusively for the apartment. There is shared access with the owners both by car and on foot from the street at the front of the house to the garage and the apartment. There is a parking for one guest's car in the shared garage.

The sea is about a 3 minutes drive away, where there are beaches and many restaurants. The town center is 5 minutes by car, there is ample parking and you will find large supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of shops. Both the sea and the town center are just 10 minutes walking distance away.

The owners live above the apartment and speak English and Spanish.
