There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a front courtyard with furniture. Bodmin is virtually in the centre of Cornwall and as such 1 Prospect Terrace provides an ideal base for friends or a family to explore the surrounding area. Amenities: Gas central heating.
